First time customers, my daughter and I visited in Hyde Prk store. It had a horrible smell to it, very unpleasant like a dog washing station or pet grooming facility. Not like an ice-cream/cookie shop should smell. My daughter went to sit by the windows and I said let's take our desserts to the car. The cookies and ice cream was good. I was hoping it didn't taste like it smelled in there. We even joked that they wash dogs in the back.

I had cookies for here 1 or 2 years ago. Cookies was good and hot soft and super moist. Had some today and the quality of the cookies aren't the same. Taste like they were old and on top of that they were kind of small from the last time I had them.
