I spent so much money with you guys and I have the credit card receipts to prove it. But you just delivered probably one or two day old stale cookies to my house. When you spend $21 for six cookies you expect that they are done in a reasonably decent fashion improve your quality control.

I order an order through UberEats and I have been waiting 2hours for my order. Their own driver sucks and never gets it to you. Don’t bother ordering delivery.

Ordered twice in an hour from Uber Eats, both times the order was marked as delivered but never arrived. Apparently they don’t use uber drivers, but a third party, and both times they kept my order. Maybe they need to look into another delivery option, or Uber needs to stop offering them on their app.

Haven’t been here in years so I was surprised and happy to know it was still open! Went with my family and everyone loved the cookies! We got a classic 12 pack, ate it in the shop. They were so nice and warm and worth the drive from westchase! Insomnia cookies has the best cookie recipe! Can’t wait to go back!
