It’s a place to get some good tasting cookies, but unfortunately everything else about it was a let down. Takeout is recommended for this place, and the service was nice. Although friendly, they had our order wrong. They gave us a normal brownie instead of the brookie.
The cookies themselves taste a lot better than the service. The cookies come out warm and have a soft middle. That form is up to my tastes. Overall, would recommend if you want a treat nearby the USF Area.
Typically the wait time isn't too bad but on several occasions I've gotten under cooked cookies.

Employee is extremely rude and has a very very nasty attitude. Thought maybe she was just having a bad day the first time I went and didn’t think much of it. Went again yesterday and she was behaving extremely rude to the girls ordering ahead of me then was more rude to me when it was my turn. She shoved 5 cookies in a single tiny bad with her bare hands and just slammed them on the counter instead of handing them to me. Got 5 broken cookies for over 20 dollars and got treated very badly. Never going again as long ad this person is working there. This bad encounter was on Thursday 11/14 around 2:10 PM.

This place was sent from heaven. Their cookies are so good I can't even explain.
Can't express the way I feel about these cookies. They are ahmazing!!! They are gooey and warm. Their selection is off the charts!!! I just can't explain it! Will continue going back for more always!

a very nice man got my cookies for me, and when i got in the car i realized they were the wrong ones. i went back in where a female took the incorrect cookies back, put them back in the main collection/warmer of cookies (hello…cross contamination??), and replaced them with the right cookies in my box. she didn’t offer to let me keep the correct ones, and what if i had touched the cookies and now someone else is going to eat them? gross!! i think they need to train their employees better on customer service and clean practices…. 10/8/24 7:50PM

Their cookies are best and best of brownies . But staff needs correction. They are not truthful in serving size of scoops of cream they did a superficial fill of ice cream scoop vs full scoop . Like a hollow scoop. Such clumsinesses took me off . I would recommend all customers to check what and how much you are served. I bought brownie with ice cream . They don’t fill up the scoops of ice cream. It’s no less expensive Infact more expensive than most of top desert places in city . Good deserts with lag in service and honesty in business.
