I buy a lot of groceries at Interbay Meat Market and until today would have continued to recommend them. I bought filet mignons yesterday and cooked them today. I am a Chef so I know what's good. The meat was very tough and I had to throw the first one out. When I talked to Jimmy the butcher he said to return them. When I went to the market to exchange them the owner came over - an older man I had never seen before - and told me there was no exchange and I could feed them...read full review
