I would have given Irish 31 a 5 star review if it wasn't for the service. The food & drinks were awesome. My husband & I sat @ the bar. The bartender (female) was not friendly from the 1st interaction. We ordered the macho nachos & cocktails. The appetizer was delicious & the drinks were perfect. We were @ Irish 31 around 6:30pm, & sat @ the bar. It was not busy. Not once were we asked if we needed anything. We had to ask for additional drinks. At one...
Irish 31 at Westshore Plaza in Tampa is a good place to go for delicious food and drinks in a cool atmosphere. I really like the location and setup that they have here where you can really sit back and enjoy everything. The staff here is very accommodating and makes sure that you have everything that you need. I have had a good experience every time I have been here.
