I’ve ordered from here before but this time it was disgusting honestly. I ordered the 12 boneless buffalo wings for delivery and when I got the meal the wings weren’t even sauced, they had a weird crust on the outside like they have sauced the wings first then fried them. It was gritty almost when I tried to eat it. Such a waste of money and it was supposed to be my dinner and now I’m stuck with fries. Such a disappointment

I had a pleasant Sunday lunch with friends.The food was Fresh and tasted great.
Parking: This location had multiple parking options.It has the best parking lots of any of the Tampa locations.

So bad!! The wings weren’t even cooked all the way. Maybe not everyone likes a crispy wing, however I would say most do, but can we at least cook them so they aren’t chewy. Not even edible or with the time of calling to complain. Just won’t go back.You’d think a company running wings out of chili’s building would do okay, but no. Poor training, terrible cooks? Not sure, but don’t even waste your time with these wings.

Update 2/8/22: I was contacted by the restaurant and the cost of my meal was refunded. As a result, I will give them another try and review them again.Original review:This was NOT the experience I was hoping for. First of all, this is just Chili's, not a separate wing restaurant. Secondly, my order was not correctly prepared. Third, after returning to the restaurant, I had to wait 30 minutes for the correct order, with no compensation other than a lame apology. Hopefully this will not happen again. I am hoping to update this review after hearing from the establishment. Stay tuned...
