Went there for my birthday to get my birthday dessert chili offered me. I was there my wife and 2 sons. We ordered our 1st order of bottomless chips, asked for another order of chips as we waited and waited. I asked our waiter if we were going to get our second order of chips and he said yes, he would go get it, Our food was served and next came our chips which we sent away because our food was already at our table. I’ve been to this location so many times with family and friends, and never had this kind of problem. The server was not very personable, and just did not seem to care. A female came out and introduced herself as the manager, and I informed her of what took place. She apologized and asked if I wanted my dessert which I turned down. This is during a time when my father was about to pass away. The manager asked if we wanted a bag of chips to take home and we said no it was not the same as eating it there. The manager brought the bill and informed she was comping the chips. Like if that would erase the terrible experience. I will make sure to let all my family and friends know to no longer go to this location which we use to frequent often. we live in South Tampa and it would be easier to go to the one on Southdale Mabry, but we have always gone to this location on Hillsborough but in the future we will no do so.

Excellent customer service! There was a problem with the televisions and the manager Elizabeth handled the situation very well.. our server - Megan was also very very good .. Fun food! Good place to watch football..

I waited 45 min in curbside only to be told they were out of wings. I called upon arrival and the girl that answered was super rude and unhelpful. After having been hung up on I was finally told 25 to 30 minutes for my order. Then after 45 minutes someone eventually came outside to tell me they were out of wings. Different name same chili's.

Placed a to go order and upon arriving home with my food I realized there were several mistakes. I returned to Chili’s and when Darryl discovered the mistakes, he more than made appropriate corrections. He is the type of manager every restaurant needs. He is efficient, attentive and very accommodating to his customers. Try this place.....you will like it!
