I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate J. Alexander's because it is BEYOND amazing! I got the chicken with mashed potatoes and my husband got the NY strip with mashed potatoes. Both were perfect! We finished the meal with the absolute best carrot cake I have ever had or could have imagined. I'll be dreaming of this meal forever! Our server Scott was also extremely attentive and provided exceptional service. Don't miss out on this spot!!

They are scammers trying to add hidden fees to your bills like “packaging fee” for 3$? It’s not even about the 3$ it’s the principle that they are adding hidden fees without saying it’s there and if they are doing scummy tactics like that I can only imagine what else the people running the place are doing

Food sucked and service suck worse came for my birthday and felt like it was a waste of time was really sitting on this review deciding if I wanted to post it but I said yes cause don’t want other people to feel like I did.

Restaurant is five stars across the board. The food is amazing from the starter soup. I always recommend the chef soup when you come here. Of course the deviled eggs were deviled eggs and they’re always great. The steak has an excellent quality to it cooked and seasoned very well the mac & cheese is a must too for a side order and the service is exemplary. My server was Gabriel. This man is an amazing server. He went out of my way to take care of all my dietary needs very courteous, very professional, and I would definitely recommend him as a server when you come here. Also, the place is very clean. And just on a sidenote, all the servers are very courteous very professional friendly willing to answer questions. It’s really a great place to come to. You should definitely make a reservation because even on a Tuesday this place fills up very quickly.

I enjoyed my time with my friends for dinner. Our waiter was nice and attentive. Good was delicious, good portion but took a little longer to get to us .
In summary, J. Alexander's is a place I will love to visit again ☺️
