We were seating quickly even though the restaurant was busy. My grandson loved the pancakes. My favorite is the fruit crepes. My husband tried Eggs Bennie and raved about the quality of it. The coffee is the best in town. Wait staff very personable. The owner, Bill, even came to our table to ask if we were enjoyed our breakfast. Yes, yes, yes!

Best advice: Go early - out-the-door line for this incredible not-so-little restaurant is intimidating to those who have never eaten at Brunchies ... that was def us - and now we're sorry we put it off for so long because you will not get a better breakfast than Brunchies! The menu selection offers something for everyone - the kitchen perfectly prepares the dish for the pickiest eater. A masterpiece every time! Ask for Michael - truly incredible server - friendly and personable, super attentive and anticipates your needs. He has a great way of making his tables feel as if they're the only diners in the place. Want crispy bacon instead of sausage? Michael makes it happen! Skillet dishes are very tasty.... we love the big curly potatoes they use in their skillets. The sausage gravy is another favorite on top of huge biscuits. No skimpy frozen Pillsbury-type biscuits here! Great big 'ol homemade biscuits are amazing! Always a great way to start the day with Brunchies!

We went on a Saturday before the usual morning rush. Brunchies came highly recommended, however, we weren’t blown away. It took a while for a server (almost 10 minutes) to take our drink order, and that was after someone from our party asked the hostess where our server was. Once that happened, the service improved. Our food was average. The pancakes weren’t really fluffy, my eggs were run of the mill, the breakfast potatoes bland. The most puzzling part was the “butter.” It was an unnatural marigold color, leading me to think it was margarine and not butter. Which is fine, but son’t advertise it as butter. It also came pre-slathered on all of our pancakes, English muffins, and the Belgian waffle. Maybe it was an off morning, but there are much better places to go if you want a standout breakfast.

In town from TEXAS. We searched for a breakfast place and came across Brunchies. Very quaint inside and friendly staff. We had Matts Skillet as well as Pork Carnita tacos. Impressive. I would recommend. I’m sure there are other plates that are just as good but only so much you can eat. The Hot Rod sauce was very good. Thank Florida for a great place.

I had my bridesmaids brunch there June 27 2020 and Brunchies was very accommodating! They allowed me to make up my own menu for my girls with delicious food that was inexpensive! My waitress Gaby gave us excellent service and the Owner Bill was very hospitable! I couldn’t of been any more pleased!

Came to Brunchies with high hopes but ended up highly disappointed. Our server, Nicole, could’ve been a little more attentive but that wasn’t our main problem. A LONG blonde hair was found in my food and when it was brought to our servers attention all she did was bring us a new fork (as if we were going to eat off the plate that had a piece of hair on it...) and the check. Didn’t apologize or ask if we wanted/needed something else or even send out a manager to come check on us. We eventually had to wave someone down because we had a question about the bill. We never caught her name but she’s an older, short, Caucasian woman with blonde hair. We asked to speak to a manager and she said she was. We addressed our concerns and our experience with her and her response was rude and ill-mannered. She claimed to be the owner and basically said she didn’t have time to deal with our issue and to leave a bad review and walked off to the back so here we are. A male manager was nice enough to finish taking care of us but if the OWNER of the restaurant acts like this I can only imagine how the rest of her staff feels. The one good thing that came from my visit was my glass of Sprite. The worst thing that came from my visit was without a doubt the customer service. You might as well save your money and take your business to First Watch right across the street!

Have been going to Brunchie’s for a few years now, and almost always have great, quick service and a delicious meal. I appreciate they have a lot of healthy/organic options on the menu, and love the “create your own skillet” option. Breakfast potatoes are always on point, and love their homemade hot sauce. If we have guests in town, Brunchie’s is usually are go-to for something quick, but good.

wanted to try a new place for Sunday brunch...on arriving we had hit a lull so was seated right away..took for ever before we were waited on, as we watch other people coming in after us and they were waited on quickly. Finally our waiter showed up and took our drink orders...once again a long wait before he returned with our coffee and water.. saw him off in a corner talking and doing something which i could not see..finally he moved to the coffee machine and got our drinks. We then ordered ..i ordered their "home made " corned beef hash, the route 66, my wife ordered the Bronx Benny, she asked to have the bagel toasted dark. Meals came..first..the Hash..the worse i ever had..the Corned Beef was so over cooked that it was somewhat hard and tasteless..the potatoes were a basic frozen type baked potato that one would not expect in a restaurant at this price point...second..the Bronx Benny..my wife had asked for the bagel to be toasted dark..not toasted at all..the restaurant itself is large with adequate seating for a lot of people but the noise level was extremely high.. very difficult to carry on a conversation with out yelling.

There's a lot of unique options to try here. If you want a big start to the day, go with the steak and eggs. For the one-of-a-kind experience, try their guava-stuffed French toast.

The food was very good, the service was also good. My wife liked her western omelet and my pancakes were very good. The only thing that makes this 4 stars versus 5 is the price is higher than usual for a breakfast. Probably due to location in North Tampa but the food and service still make it worth the price.

Wonderful food, prices and service. We will try to visit this restaurant again when we are in the area. Recommended.
