Jackson's Bistro, Bar & Sushi

Our 2nd time to Jackson's Bistro, this time we dine in for a brunch and the foods are so delicious. All the 4 orders taste were so great & perfect, presentation were very nice, the ambiance were so quiet and delightful, it could be we're early. We choose to be in the lounge because I have elderly company with us. But as usual, we stroll around the area before our brunch and the views and scenery are beautiful. But only 1 thing I noticed, I am not sure if it's still under your management. Since we parked at the disabled spot, we use the elevator since 2 of my company are disabled, there was a strong bad smell while waiting for the elevator from the parking lot. This could be under the building maintenance but other than that the Restaurant is great.

Server didn't provide silverware, didn't know the specials, or how some items were served. Noise level was too loud for normal conversation

We made a last minute reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. Our server was thoughtful in his explanations and checked on us enough for us to felt cared for but not intruded upon. We enjoyed the stone crab claws and the salad with shredded crab meat and cucumbers (we misread the menu and only saw the cucumber part). Our sushi was good but not the best I've had. And they thoughtfully made up Fresh fruit bowl for after. The service continued later as they called to tell us they were afraid we had left a sweater behind. It wasn't ours. But we really appreciated the call. We will be back.

Brought friends from Virginia for the first time. Outstanding ambience, food, and service, in that order. Benefitted from great weather too!

The menu is two sushi oriented, not sure when they changed the menu, but definitely not happy. Service was terrible and I think I'm done with this place. Unfortunate because it has a great view.

Haven't visited in a couple of years. Food was no where as good as in the past. Music was so loud you could have a conversation at the table with person sitting next to me. Don't waste your time or money. The only thing redeeming was our service, our waiter was wonderful.

We went to Jacksons for the first time and from the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the tone for a memorable evening. The panoramic views of the bay were gorgeous, especially as the sun set. The food was nothing short of excellent. Whether you're craving fresh sushi, a hearty entrée, or a decadent dessert, Jackson's menu delivers with flair and finesse. I went with our waiter's recommendation, and the Seafood Rizzotto was outstanding. A special shoutout goes to our waiter, Mason. His courteous demeanor, deep knowledge of the menu, and attentive service elevated our dining experience! Mason struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout the evening. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to enjoy a great meal with a view, Jackson's is a standout choice in Tampa. We'll definitely be back.

Food was decent. The service was incredibly good. Had a party of 12 and he was great. You can't beat the setting—right on the harbor. Drinks were perfect.

Went here for brunch with a couple of friends, there was no wait. The atmosphere was absolutely great! Our food drinks were fantastic! That jamaicarita is delicious. Our waitress Annette was absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable of the menu, timely and has great customer service. We will definitely be returning.
