DASSAI "45" JUNMAI NIGORI ASAHI (300ml)
This is a nigori that reflects Dassai's ever-present elegance. Being a "High-End" Junmai Daiginjo, this one is slightly less saturated with sake lees (the rice solids in the bottle) compared to other nigori. On the nose you'll find the faintest hint of muscat, but where this sake shines is its texture and flavor. Brewed in the same way with the same ingredients as Pearls of Simplicity but with a touch of distilled alcohol to open up aromatics and lighten the overall impact. Konteki means "dew drops of the earth" while Higashiyama (the brewery name) translates to "eastern hill." Brewery workers have been known to start their days watching the sun rise over the mountains until the dew drops glisten as if they were the Tears of Dawn.

Cowboy "Yamahai" is designed to pair with all kinds of meat dishes from around the world. This is due to the substantial acidity achieved by the Yamahai brewing method and the slightly higher alcohol content, which both balance well with the fat content of meat. It has a fruity aroma and greets your palate with a dry crispness. Try it with a squeeze of lemon or lime for a twist.

Short staffed up front very unorganized. Waited about 7-10 minutes to be sat even thou a reservation was made. Was taken to a dirty table to sit by a young rude hostesses w leg brace. Server was the best part of meal along w food! He was training and on point, very refreshing.

We sat outside and the music was blasting and there were bees everywhere, which wasn't great, but in general it's hard to beat eating by the water. Wish they had considered putting up the plastic window panels as well.

Our family enjoyed Easter Brunch this morning at Jackson's! What a treat this was! This was our first time dining here but we will definitely be back! The food was amazing, great service, and the view!!! Wow!
