Very large portions and absolutely delicious! Great beer and liquor selection as well!

Service was great considering we hit them right when the opened with almost 2 dozen hungry bikers and only the bartender to handle all of us.

Every time I slide through James Joyce, it’s nothing but good vibes. Drinks are strong, prices are right, and the music + crowd keep the energy flowing. This is the kind of bar where you don’t just grab a drink, you end up staying way longer than planned because the vibe hooks you.

Big shoutout to Chris 🙌 — dude’s got that perfect mix of cool and attentive. Always makes sure your glass is full, remembers faces, and straight up makes you feel like part of the family. Chris is the kind of bartender that makes a good bar legendary.

Fantastic establishment with a nice homey feel. I have aways been greeted with friendly staff that devote themselves to their customers. From karaoke, trivia, or any other activity they have planned it, they never fail to make any night a great time. The Asian chick behind the bar with the neck tattoo is an absolute hoot! What a sass queen! She has a certain quality that can’t be taught and is an all around joy to be around. The bald bartender dude is pretty cool too. The food cranks in a good way, and it’s an all around great Irish bar spot. Ask about the drinking team.

I have been coming to James Joyce since 2016. I have been treated like family since day one. The staff is so friendly, the food comes hot and fresh, and the beer is ice cold. They have a rotating tap with 50 beers!

Give the pub wings with honey blaze and a side of Cajun tots a try!

I've only been in Tampa for a little bit, but this place has quickly become my favorite! There are constantly events on weeknights and weekends that's are alot of fun. They have also got great food and a huge list of been and drinks to get. The staff is very friendly and I can see myself constantly coming here.
