Great BBQ every time. The place needs updating and they absolutely need to upgrade to a better cleaning crew.

I came to Jazzy's for the first time nearly eight years ago, and I'm really disappointed to say that my recent visit felt like a pale echo of what I remember. Or maybe I see the memories through rose tinted lenses.
The food wasn't bad, for the most part. The brisket I got with my bowl was somewhat overdone, but decently seasoned, and the barbecue sauce was genuinely a great pairing. But the collared greens and the mac and cheese felt off, congealed, and quite bland. Like someone had made it absentmindedly several hours earlier.
But what first threw me off was the girl at the point of sale when I walked in. Like she was annoyed I was there, or I was a nuisance. I get it, everyone's got rough days, but it truly felt like she could not get me out of there fast enough, and even just asking about menu items made it obvious I was a bother.
That said, I hope the restaurant was having an off day. I knew Jazzy's as a place that was warmer. A place where I'd be happy to bring friends and family, without the thought of letting them down with my choice of restaurant even crossing my mind. I'm sure it still has the potential for that, but I can't recommend this place based on my most recent experience.

We tried Jazzy's with some friends tonight. We were taking them to airport and found this little gem. It was located about 10 minutes from TIA. The pulled pork sandwiches were great. The mild sauce had a vingary tang and it good consistency. My pork was cooked perfectly with a nice sweet smokey flavor. Also I enjoyed the cole slaw and Mac n cheese...

First time in was atmosphere was very nice was greeted upon arrival. I had ribs& fries ribs were good, but the sauce was very watery. I expected a thicker more heartier sauce. Also soda machine wasn’t working properly.

Our family visited this past week and the ribs, baked beans, chicken, fries and (chopped) brisket were really good. Love the interior and BBQ smell regardless of the other reviews (it’s a BBQ place for crying out loud). My only recommendation would be to improve on the sweet tea. The sweet tea had a unique smell and aftertaste. Otherwise, pretty good food.

The food quality has really gone down. We all got sick after eating there today. The mac and cheese looked pale and not like it used to, definitely not the same restaurant anymore.

Traveling for work, I found this place. Atmosphere was nice. When I go to a bbq place I choose not have bbq sauce on the meat , cause it take away the flavor of the meat. Had the brisket dinner with beans and potatoe salad.. Bean and potatoe salad were good and had flavor. Brisket was decent. Could use a little more flavor. Then I order the kings of kings meal to go. Was disappointed. I left and hotel was 10mind away. Pork, brisket and chicken was Jerry. Ribs could have been cooked more. Could tell was from yesterday cook. Bbq doesn't get that way in 10mins.. May try again as the in house meal was good. Just cause it is to go. Should serve old food.

I recently learned about this restaurant. The food, atmosphere and service deserves a five star review in my opinion.
Found this BBQ spot during my vacation, and what a gem.💎 The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is very clean and the service was amazing as well. I wasn't a fan of the bbq sauce, but that's just me. I like a tangy, not sweet, sauce. The collard greens and mac & cheese were both good, and I am very picky when it comes to those 2 sides. I will definitely visit this place again whenever I'm in the area.
