We were there Friday or Saturday night to introduce a visiting family member your amazing ice cream and that night your staff did not disappoint. We were there tonight and the medium cones we received were like smalls. The girl said she wasn't good at swirling them. So because she didn't know how we get cheated of what we ordered? That doesn't seem right. I also gave her my phone number and expected one of the ice creams for free as I received an email that I had enough points for a free medium item. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble or get something for free except what I earn but I do not like getting ripped off. I really don't want to stop coming to your store as your products are superior. Thank you for your time in reading this.

We tried the new Hoppy Treat....yum, yum. The oreo cookie is crunchy and the vanilla ice cream is so creamy!! A good size portion as well!! Folks are always super kind and that is like a breath of fresh air!!!
