If you are in town, you have to check them out hopefully Mikayla’s working super personable always remembers my order and she’s always smiling. I am a known Local Guide 🌎 and have been coming to this particular location since it first opened, I have NEVER had not one problem, until now. However, the young gentleman👨🏽🍳 that had first received my order, was very nice🤩 and polite👏 and had great customer service, just wanted to mention what I am used to... So, Yesterday on 7/9/25 I had purchased the largest portion as you can see from the LAST picture, I went to work and I consumed the orange🍊 and some of the lemon,🍋 but the blue raspberry 🫐tasted extremely foul, my plan was to come back today on 7/10/25 which I did, and relay this issue and to only get a correct blue raspberry flavor, that is all, well according to employee Yeniyza😫 I was to have had a picture📸 of the product from yesterday for her to do anything, once again I was busy, I had to go to work for the rest of the day,🌄 I have absolutely no understanding of this supposed action I was to take in order to receive the correct Flavor 🫐I had thought I'd purchased, but obviously did not receive, now I have looked all over the Internet 🖥️for an H.R number but came to no avail, also I had never seen this particular employee as long as I have been purchasing products from this location, but what I can say is that I do not believe in any way that this person is capable of working any customer service job if she is as rude to others as she was me, something so simple that could have been fixed turned into a complete waste of my time along with complete and utter disappointment, I had the receipt and the untouched portion that was incorrect, yes by now it has melted🧊 but that is not my problem, she should have done her job instead of rudely dissmissing the error.😥🥺

So unprofessional! Everytime i come to this establishment it is always an employee sitting down not being productive at all. Today i pull up and an employee greets me and one other young lady standing behind her is licking viciously at a sampler cup, mind you this a drive thru but you can only pay with cash to tap and pay you have to come in. At this point ill keep my money.

The ice cream is wonderful. But the customer service is not. I went today to get some ice cream with my mom, and first the lady was really rude to us. Then when I’m trying to pay my card isn’t paying because she isn’t paying attention to her computer. So I’m thinking why isn’t my card working and when I try to get her attention she ignores me. Then when she makes my mom’s order she messes it up, I don’t know what’s wrong but it’s always her that doesn’t pay attention or is mad and gives attitude, very unfriendly. Ice cream is amazing though.
Edit: Also came here some time ago since it’s close to my home. And I was at the window, it wasn’t closed, there was no sign. I even beeped at the window since I was already there waiting for 5 minutes. I had to go inside and when I asked for pup cups for my dogs she said I had to show the dogs. I had my dogs in the back seat. How will I show you if you are distracted on your phone and won’t come to the drive thru? Only come here because the ice cream is good.

Best Italian ice on the market drive-thru is open for business it's a hidden gem with a drive-thru for easy access not a sketchy gas station and they do have gelati and it's delicious. My dog's favorite stop by far.
