I went yesterday with my family at 5:30 pm, I had a medium free coupon in my account and the girl made a mistake applying it. When I asked her to correct it, she told me that she couldn't do anything with a bad attitude and in the end she gave me the product and closed the window in a very rude way.
They shouldn't have these kids without training or a customer service culture working in the business.

ice is amazing but we asked for light chocolate chips and they just dumped a huge clump of chocolate chips in one spot did not layer it at all and were literally just dancing around. also forgot my friends nerds on the ice. LOL more effort could be given

Very good. Decent offerings. Good quality water ice and ice cream. Sophia was fantastic and helpful. Items were a bit pricey for what you get but, these days, everything costs more.
Parking: Watch for nut jobs to drive fast in the parking lot.
