Marvin is such a gentleman! He provided excellent service.. I tried the Peanut Punch, Sorrel and the Carrot Juice, all home made.. I must say is the best I’ve ever had. I ordered Oxtails, cabbage, rice and beans, Mac and cheese with plantains.. My soul jumped when I tasted it.. the best.. I most definitely will come back! Jerk Pit can have my money any day!!!

I will never go to this place the owner of the restaurant harassed people. I was sitting in the Business next door on my car with my mom, my daughter and my grandma and this men accusing me of selling something without ever asking me the right way .I was waiting for my food from next door and he telling me I’m in a private property might you this a plaza . Super unprofessional and disrespectful. People like him I was you guys don’t do business.

The Oxtail dinner was absolutely fantastic! Very flavorful and a generous portion. The restaurant itself has a very wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted by Ms. Jada, she was a delight. And chef Tony cooked my meal to perfection. Just a great experience all around.

Most Jamaican places in Tampa don’t taste like REAL Jamaican food but this place? Authentic! I came here with my family and we all got different food and every last one was good, the curry goat was the best in my opinion and the jerk chicken was properly spiced and seasoned, I’m Jamaican myself so I prefer my food SPICY—the jerk sauce was nice as well. The worker Jada was extremely accommodating and even went as far to change the music for us when we asked. She was friendly and sweet as well, 10/10 would eat again!
