Came to Jerk Pit for the 1st time and when I say they have the best oxtail in Tampa!! I was very please by everything the service was amazing as I was greeted as I entered the restaurant. Huge shoutout to the owner Marven!
I was very disappointed with this place paid 34 dollars for 2 curry chicken plates which was small had no taste and had more rice than anything don't think I'll be goin back here and I try my best to support black owned companies but I just just waste my money ?

I wish I could give 0 stars, I ordered the brown chicken stew meal from here and I regret ever giving them a chance, NEVER AGAIN! I was up all night long with food poisoning! Almost ended up in the ER! Shut it down!

I ordered oxtails and jerk chicken portion sizes were great. Jerk chicken flavor was amazing but I had a lot of loose bones in there and chocked on one because they try cut the chicken into pieces for serving. Oxtails were really good. I gave the lady at the front a hard time because I read all the bad reviews but I love Jamaican food so gave it a chance.
