I placed an order and within 1 minute I canceled that order and they would not refund my order. They did not start making the food but charged me $14 because the order went through the system? I got my money back by taking my tips back from previous orders I made through jersey mikes so I'm out no money and actually ahead now. shitty service and a 1 star review. I will not be ordering from here ever again, the manager was arrogant also.

I had the worst experience with the Manager Veronica. She has the worst customer service skills. They should definitely find a new Manager . She is very rude and disrespectful. She made my sandwich completely messed up on it. When I called about it, she was very rude, disrespectful and really mean.

I never leave reviews but this place literally served me a sandwich with live roaches in it. I reached out to guest services and they never even acknowledged me or did ANYTHING to rectify the issue. Super disappointing, and absolutely terrible guest service. I guess the 20 something bucks I spent will never be refunded but I certainly will never give them business again.

I love Jersey Mikes, A LOT. And every time I go to this establishment they always, always screw up my order. The last 3-4 times I’ve ordered I was missing 75% of the items I chose on the online menu. I’m not sure if the online orders are aren’t translating over correctly? But it sucks because when I’m craving a sub I know I can’t come here even though it’s the closest location to me. When we’ve complained the manager really doesn’t care AT ALL. Really horrible customer service and just extremely disappointing.

My physician office has ordered several times, always the same thing, and each time it is always wrong. Missing absolutely everything from what was selected. My manager has called to speak with a manager in the past but no accountability was accepted. The worse is ordering food and anticipating it arrive correct, and being disappointed not once, but each time. Our office will unfortunately not be ordering from here anymore. While the meats are fresh, our salads always come dry with one or none condiments.

Ordered a #3. Basic plain ham and cheese. Why do I pick up my order and as I am eating on the go notice my sandwich I date weird and upon opening it. Looks weird. It’s a #9…Roast Beef, Turkey, Swiss, Bacon and Mayo. Seriously?! Then I call them about the mistake and to please prepare the correct sandwich since I’m already late. I am asked if the want it Mike’s way. I said yes. Pick up my sandwich. Open it looks like a #3 but for some reason there’s mayo in it. Smh. Since when does Mike’s way come with mayo. By the way the place was empty. Wasn’t even busy. Get it together people. There are people with food allergies. Totally unacceptable. 2 mess up back to back. I will not go back.

Great location near University of Tampa...pick any sandwich from the menu and it's a winner! Hand made while you watch. Roll choices are excellent. Even though they were busy, the staff worked together and got all customer's orders out quickly and Correct!
