I ordered delivery to my office and the driver ācouldnāt locate meā even though I tried calling her multiple times with no answer and messaged her that I was waiting outside. She took a picture of the food on top of a trash can and I had to walk around my building trying to find it. There was no food to be found so either she took it with her or someone else stole it. I tried calling to get my money back but every time I called, the manager was too busy to get to the phone. I tried reaching out to corporate and Iāve been back and forth with them with no solution. Absolutely ridiculous.

What happened to this location.No one listens and had to get extra tuna fish so there was enough to make a sub.The cheese steak also was not as good as the steak was chewy .Seems like the quality has gone down hill.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jersey Mikeās for lunch, and while the experience started off slightly differently than I anticipated, it turned out to be nothing short of fantastic. Typically, one of my favorite parts of visiting Jersey Mikeās is the warm and enthusiastic āWelcome to Jersey Mikeās!ā greeting when I walk through the door. This time, however, I noticed that the greeting was absent, and I had to initiate the conversation with the team member to place my order. While this departure from the usual energy stood out, it didnāt detract from the overall quality of my visit, as the service itself remained friendly, professional, and efficient.
The restaurant itself left a great impression. It was exceptionally clean, with a well-thought-out layout that made it easy to navigate and added to the overall inviting atmosphere. I appreciate when a dining space is both functional and well-maintained, as it elevates the entire experience and shows attention to detail on the managementās part.
For my meal, I decided on a regular Chipotle Cheesesteak, which I customized by adding lettuceāa simple adjustment, but one that added a refreshing crunch to the rich, savory flavors of the sandwich. From the very first bite, I knew Iād made a great choice. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor, while the chipotle sauce brought just the right amount of smoky heat to the mix. The bread, which is always a highlight at Jersey Mikeās, was fresh and soft with a slight chewiness that held everything together beautifully. This was, hands down, one of the best cheesesteaks Iāve had in a long timeāabsolutely top-tier in every way.
All things considered, this visit to Jersey Mikeās was an amazing experience. The minor hiccup with the lack of a greeting didnāt overshadow the cleanliness of the space, the great service, or the incredible food. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying meal in a clean and welcoming environment. The Chipotle Cheesesteak, especially with a personal touch like adding lettuce, is a must-try. Itās an easy 10/10 from me, and Iām already looking forward to my next visit!

I placed an order and within 1 minute I canceled that order and they would not refund my order. They did not start making the food but charged me $14 because the order went through the system? I got my money back by taking my tips back from previous orders I made through jersey mikes so I'm out no money and actually ahead now. shitty service and a 1 star review. I will not be ordering from here ever again, the manager was arrogant also.
