2 of the 3 employees very nice & social. However 3rd employee with braids NOT Friendly. When sandwich was done, did not extend his arm out to actually hand me the sandwich… I had to more or less reach over the counter to get the sandwich from him ??

Very clean store when I was there; other than that customer service was awesome food order was awesome cookies where oh my GOD taste great and friendly the cook did a awesome job he had 5 big sandwiches too cook up man great job..

Everything was fresh, service was normal. Unfortunately I was severed this sandwich with the thinnest slices of meat. Usually this location gives me no issues but the last two times I visited something was wrong.

Food was terrific prices on very high I come back when I have extra money to spend

Definitely will NOT be going back to location at Gandy! I've never had worse customer service in my life. All 3 of the individuals working need a course on how to treat customers. They acted as if my son and I were an inconvenience from the moment we walked through the door. I love Jersey Mike's, but I'll drive 30 miles to another location before I go back to that place!

I had an excellent time here! I got myself a nice hot sandwich! I even got an autograph from one of the workers 😤 ignore those impatient one star google reviews of folks who have never worked a customer service job a day in their life. The shop is the spot to fill your belly! Thank you!

Fast fresh and freaking delicious. That pepper spread it the best. It goes well on any type of sub.

I tried jersey mikes for the first time ever at this location. I told one of the girls here it was my first time and I usually go to jimmy johns. She said we don’t speak of his name here and that after I tried jersey mikes I’d never go back to him. She was right, this was one of the top 5 sandwiches of my life. I got the #9 with hot honey mikes way. Quite literally life changing, never going back.

I ordered ahead online and when I got to the store at the designated time, they hadn’t even started my order. I had to wait 20 minutes from the time they promised my order to be ready. I might as well have waited in line as everyone in line got their sandwiches before me. I had to ask the cashier three times about my order. It wasn’t even that busy and they had 6 workers. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Okay so you must have to actually go into this location and watch them make your order. 2nd time ordering delivery from them and this time I got my sandwich with no olive oil and red wine vinegar and spices which is supposed to be included in the Mike's way AND they left off the chips and drink I paid for. If it wasn't for the super nice dasher Cheese M. going back to get them I would just be out that money and the items. THANK YOU Cheese! The 1st time I ordered from them they left off the Mike's way on my sandwich as well. It's not hard to read and prepare the order as it came in on the ticket! I've done it and I've always double checked that I packed the customers order correctly before handing it off. If people are spending their money at your establishment please prepare the orders right! Simple as that. 💁‍♀️ Some of the other reviews have stated the same about delivery orders coming from here. 😑 Wish I had read them prior to ordering again. Delivery is way more expensive so it is appreciated when yall pay attention and hand off the correct order. Thanks!

Honestly the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve gone to. Always fresh, toppings are always freshly prepped and cut. Clean and a super friendly crew. Always consistent. G and the squad do an outstanding job!

Visited last evening place was empty ordered a club sandwich I was giving bacon that had been sitting in container for awhile was not just freshly cooked. Bread was a little hard. Was not satisfied.

Love this place except for pick up orders and at times, the service. I think they’ve messed up every pick up order I’ve ever done at this location. It’s always somethings: wrong bread, onions when I say no onions, no mayo when I ask for extra.

Also, the service is lackluster at times. It’s fast food, so I don’t expect crazy good service, but some of the people that work here barely speak up when they try to talk to you, or actively look and sound as miserable as possible. Like I said, it’s fast food so im not expecting 5-star service, but I would expect there to be some sort of baseline.
