A nice young man named Avery cooked me the best cheese steak I've ever had yesterday which was Sunday. I don't know how the owner finds such good people to work at that store. Thanks for being so delicious!

No one in line. Waited a few minutes with no greeting. Not an issue. The workers were busy with uber eats or to go. When we finally were asked what we wanted to order we were told that it would be a wait for bread. Really???? Enough to complete uber eats but the people in line are taken care of last? Oh well.

Their sandwiches are the best and the staff is even better. Jackson is very efficient and nice. He is a great manager. Taleah and Avery are awesome too. All of the staff are always nice and friendly.

Mushy tomatoes, brown lettuce, wrong orders if you order via Uber for pickup, sketchy service. This place has gone way downhill.

Subs are consistently great from this shop. Online ordering process is a mess. Just go into the store and you’ll get it quicker than placing an online order and arriving when it says it will be ready. They have missed my pickup time by 10+ minutes every time

It's a chain but no doubt has the Best subs and hoagies! Must order it Mike's Way to get the full flavor. I've also catered 40+ boxed lunches for several years and they've always had items accurate and on-time. Jersey Mike's.

AKA Lexi's food bank. My friend The Dominator who works at the BlackJack next door told me they have a trading partnership dating back years.1 pizza per regular sub, and at least 14-20 pizzas/subs traded weekly between the two. Owners of this place and BlackJack are just degenerate gamblers and once they see the 5% profit margin they could care less and more focused on the spread of the Pacers game.

I would like to speak to the manager of the Gandy Blvd location of this company about the rude and extremely slow service I received the other day at their store. I cannot find a way to email them. I should have never been told to wait ten minutes and then, when 12 minutes passed and I asked again because he was still not making my sandwich, AND THE STORE WAS NOT BUSY (there was only myself and one other patron waiting when I came in), I was snapped at and told I still needed to wait, and I will explain the rest of the story to the manager. How can I reach them?

I ordered a Buffalo chicken. It wasn’t very good, but that could just be my taste. But I swear there was no cheese on my sandwich. The manager said, Oh it probably melted in your sandwich so you wouldn’t see it anyway.. riight.

I am a regular customer at this Jersey Mike’s, at least 3 times a week. My choice is always the Turkey & Provolone salad bowl. However, on my visit last evening I had a severe allergic reaction. I questioned the asst mgr when making my salad, “why wasn’t he cutting the food on the cutting board?!” Or, at least putting paper underneath the food - that’s what cutting boards are for, right?! This location is a very busy store, however, after having a severe allergic reaction; eye & lip swelling, hives - only God knows what I was exposed to! I would caution anyone from eating here. And if you must, please insist that they wash the utensils and place paper underneath your food. The asst mgr assured me that he cleaned the counters thoroughly, obviously not.

The subs aren't bad, but not for me. Very limited vegetable add-ons. Also, if you are not familiar with their menu, it is like solving a Rubiks cube, trying to figure out what each sub is. Like I said, the subs aren't bad and if you are a regular, you probably have figured out the menu and know you're not getting any added vegetables, other than lettuce, tomato, and onion.

This place sucks so bad I don’t even want to take the time to tell you about my negative experiences. Love Jersey Mikes, it’s just this location. I’ll just never support that place ever. Worst customer service in the company!

I placed an order online. OriginalItalian I wanted swiss cheese instead of provolone. But there are no options given to switch out chesses. So I called the store to make the switch on order for pick up. The phone rang for 20mins. Finally when Terry answered I said Ive been calling for 20 mins. He said well we've been busy for 20mins. What ya need? I found that respond to be rather rude. My husband had just arrived to pick it up. So they had to make the correction after the order was already made. I feel online custmers should be accommodated and treated no different then the customers that walk in face to face. I order from this location all the time. Just a little dissapointed with the service This time.

One of my favorite places to grab a bite sandwiches are always so yummy and fresh the staff here is really nice the manager is very friendly. You can't go wrong with one of their fresh sandwiches I have yet to try the bowls but I am pretty sure they are equally as yummy. I definitely will return.
