I just want to say every time I come into this location I believe the managers name is Lindsay she is awesome always gets my order correct with no doubt she’s very friendly I love our little talks we have when I come in she is the reason I come back to this location they run like machines here 5 stars all around

So I just left this location and I am extremely disturbed. The young lady with the blonde hair was extremely rude! Not friendly, not nice at all. At first I must admit I thought it may be a race issue but then when a nice Caucasian couple came in and they happened to be deaf. Her and her coworker thought it was extremely funny to them that they spoke in sign language. I thought it was just me until I just read a review describing this same thing lady. For Jersey Mike’s to be considered as “a sub above” they definitely do not demonstrate giving above average Customer Service not sure if a sub above means a Christian because that’s definitely not Christian behavior as well. Please do better!

So i went to Jersey mikes like 20 mins ago and right off the bat the girl who makes the sandwiches, the blonde one is RUDE. her customer services skills suck. ive been to this location maybe one other time and her attitude again was just horrible. The man that was working with her was extremely nice, i will say that. as soon as i left i started eating my sandwich on my way to work and i bit into that string thinking it was part of the bacon but then i realized it wasn’t breaking so i looked and took out this long string that looked like it was part of a towel. i don’t know if it was intentional but either way, i will never be going back there :) . HORRIBLE. DO BETTER.

One of cleanliest location I have ever visited. Jersey Famous Philly is delicious! Staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Huge dining space inside and plenty of parking available.
