It was my first time at Jersey Mike, and I just got off my first job. Waiting to get my nails done. Noah explained 👏 the menu wonderfully. It was just like the commercials, smells so delicious 😋

Ordered on Uber Eats and not only did they not include multiple items (subs, chips, brownies), but the only sub they gave me wasn't even what I ordered. I don't understand how you can put the right receipt on my bag, but include the wrong items. Avoid this store.

The new girl with the blue hair working the front today is awful. Y'all should leave her in the back away from people. We usually always tip well and today we left a dollar. Not only was she rude and sarcastic to my husband after messing up his sandwich. She was rude to the other two black guys ordering behind us after messing up their sandwiches. We will probably not come back to this location.

First time ordering #17 (Philly cheese steak), but whoever was on sandwiches at 3:50pm on 10/12/24 obviously KNEW he was putting inedible bits of green pepper (see photo) in my sandwich!!! Actually, there were several bites of my asking “what is this?” Then taking it out of my mouth! I will NEVER order #17 again as listed. Perhaps WITHOUT peppers. But, I was disappointed. I didn’t bring it to management because I was already at home, the power was out, and it is difficult to find gas so minimizing travel. Shaking my faith in Jersey Mike!!! To the owner, please advise how to reach out to you for clarification/follow-up. Thank you.

I had the kahuna. Awesome, delicious, incredibly filling, big serving sizes. They had my order ready by the time I arrived. I got my sandwich with a big genuine smile despite the place being busy during dinner time.

Parking: There was free parking right in front of the store.

Just Never Disappointed!

The crew that was there on 9/5 around noon were amazing. The line was kinda long so I was thinking it would take awhile but they all multitasked so well and I was in and out of line super quick. They were efficient and all had smiles on the faces while doing a million things. Just overall a very warm welcome and visit and I will definitely be back!

Food and service is good but the price is greedflation. The price is silly. A sub which is 2/3 of a 12” roll is $16. The value not longer exceeds the price. When the price drops we will return.

I will never come to this place, I order, the guy took my order put the order paper to the side and took the next person behind me and I was still waiting, then when I went to pay they inform me they don’t take a $50 bill, so I cancel imy order and walk out. And they didn’t even welcome us in.
