I love Jersey Mike’s in fact, I love all their subs. I found this location by accident. I was greeted by smiling friendly person that made me an awesome turkey and provolone. Great location right on Bruce Downs.

I’ve never experienced such poor communication and lack of professionalism as I did at this Jersey Mike’s. The general manager, Lance, clearly needs serious training in customer service. His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful from the start instead of resolving issues, he made the situation worse with his tone and lack of care.
It’s one thing to make a mistake, but it’s another to completely disregard the customer and act like basic communication is too much to ask. The staff seemed just as confused and disorganized, which tells me the leadership here is the real problem. If this is the kind of “service” being run under Lance’s management, I’d rather take my money elsewhere. Definitely not the Jersey Mike’s standard I’ve experienced at other locations!!! Like EVERRR!

I come to this Jersey Mike’s pretty often and the food is good but the people working there don’t know customer service. They messed up my sub by putting on the wrong bread & so they took it off and put on the correct bread but they made my sandwich all messing and didn’t fix the lettuce or tomatoes and just wrapped it up and gave it to me. Least they could do is take off the lettuce they messed up and do a new cycle of mikes way. As you can see in the photo bacon is on top of sub as I open it.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this location! Ella has helped me a few times now and is always super friendly and provides great suggestions on enhancing my order (tuna tub being a new reliable fav of mine). Always happy to come back to this location

I came in to grab a sandwich for lunch when I came in No one greeted me. The gentleman with the braids literally just looked at me as if I had no reason to be in the store. I waited for someone to speak to me and he did not. I asked if he was going to be taking my order he said yes so I told him what I wanted . Another gentleman came to prepare My sandwich was much more kind when I ask for my sandwich to be toasted. The guy with the braids finally decided to speak to me and told me they can’t toast it which is fine, but to have not been acknowledged from the moment, I walked in the store and for you to feel like the appropriate time to speak to a customer would be to tell them when they cannot have something is crazy. I always tip and I chose not to tip this time. Hopefully if I come back in the future, there is better service and the guy with the braids is having a better day.

Lance is the perfect example of a great manager , staff is always so friendly , sandwiches made perfect and quick . Best jersey mikes in Tampa Wesley chapel area 👏

Amazing! First time trying Jersey Mikes and l tried the Chicken Salad sub , Also the Club Sub ! PACKED WITH FLAVOR! l love the cherry relish and the service from Kay is phenomenal! Shes an amazing person and the quality of service and sandwiches are beyond spectacular! I love Jersey Mikes 🥰

I've come here twice and it's amazing every time. I have celiac and I can't have gluten, the staff takes cross contamination super seriously without me even having to ask. I always get a gluten free sub with turkey and they even go as far as to clean off the meat cutters, super rare to see this. Plus the gluten free bread is amazing. The staff never makes me feel like a burden unlike other places. The extra charge for gluten free is also super fair. Really a great staff and great place, definitely making this a weekly spot.

Why have a note section online at all? If you're employees make the sandwiches prior to actually reading said note. Incorrect food... with a response of ehhh sorry about that.
