We order from here all the time - for the most part it's on point. Only once was our order short of the 2nd bag of chips. I called left a VM but never heard from them. Tonight I learned management doesn't have access to the voice mail. This was well over a month ago. This is a crucial part of business that needs to be addressed

As a DoorDash driver, I’ve picked up from countless restaurants, but Jersey Mike’s has been consistently the worst experience when it comes to order readiness. Every single time I arrive to pick up a delivery, the order is nowhere near ready—even when I show up 10–15 minutes after the promised pickup time. I’ve waited over 20 minutes just standing there, while other restaurants in the same plaza have orders ready instantly.
The staff often seems unbothered or unaware that people’s livelihoods depend on efficiency. I’ve seen other Dashers cancel orders here out of frustration, and I’ve done the same more than once. It’s clear that Jersey Mike’s doesn’t take delivery partnerships seriously, and it’s costing them—not just in late deliveries, but in overall customer satisfaction.
This location (and honestly, many others too) shows a complete lack of respect for time, both for the customer waiting at home and for the drivers stuck wasting theirs. If you care about fast service or reliability, I strongly suggest ordering from literally anywhere else.
Message to Jersey Mike’s: Fix your operations. You’re developing a terrible reputation among drivers and customers alike.

I ordered a BLT through Uber Eats. The bacon was old and completely overcooked and dried out. It was horrible. They also forgot my cookie. I’m so disappointed and I got a refund for the missing cookie but Uber Eats refuses to address the safety issue with this sandwich. I will never order from Jersey Mikes again

Giving yal 1 star for the people standing outside harassing everyone who leaves the restaurant for money for a charity or something stupid. Attacking Chipotle AND jersey mikes over this. Will not be returning to the location till they're banned from the premises!

The staff here is amazing! All of the guys are on top of it and make the best sandwiches. I always get the 26 which is chicken bacon ranch with chipotle sauce and they really have never disappointed me. Like A1 sandwich’s. Best jersey mikes hands down!

I’m a big fan of Jersey Mike’s and grew up in the hometown of their first location. I’ve been to many of their locations which are all consistent, but this location barely puts any meat on my subs. I’ve never had Jersey Mike’s with so little meat on it before.

I placed an on line order which included some special instructions and some items to be removed . After picking up the order and getting home started to eat and realize that the sandwich was not done correctly so I went back to the store and told them that the sandwich was not done correctly and they seem like it was not there fault. They said that the instructions didn’t come through so I said to give me a refund and they said no so I asked them to remake it and they also said no after asking for the corporate number which it was not provided they made me wait for a while. They finally decided to remake it but were unprofessional and lacked customer service.

I have been coming to Jersey Mikes since I was a kid with my family. Today I had the best sub of all my years of going!! Robert & Ethan were so nice and had amazing service. Robert made my sub and he absolutely crushed it. 10/10 recommend this location and if you ever get a sub made by the tall blonde boy you are in for a real treat! He definitely takes care and thought into the sub he makes. Great job, I hope it’s like this every time!
