I’m a big fan of Jersey Mike’s and grew up in the hometown of their first location. I’ve been to many of their locations which are all consistent, but this location barely puts any meat on my subs. I’ve never had Jersey Mike’s with so little meat on it before.

I placed an on line order which included some special instructions and some items to be removed . After picking up the order and getting home started to eat and realize that the sandwich was not done correctly so I went back to the store and told them that the sandwich was not done correctly and they seem like it was not there fault. They said that the instructions didn’t come through so I said to give me a refund and they said no so I asked them to remake it and they also said no after asking for the corporate number which it was not provided they made me wait for a while. They finally decided to remake it but were unprofessional and lacked customer service.

I have been coming to Jersey Mikes since I was a kid with my family. Today I had the best sub of all my years of going!! Robert & Ethan were so nice and had amazing service. Robert made my sub and he absolutely crushed it. 10/10 recommend this location and if you ever get a sub made by the tall blonde boy you are in for a real treat! He definitely takes care and thought into the sub he makes. Great job, I hope it’s like this every time!

They turn Off the music of 30min before closing and a man cursing with bad words inside kitchen and one of them rushing my order … was planning to have a good night dinner but end-up only dinner and nothing good and manager or who ever is coming at closing cursing with other employees from front counter ….. I like food here but not that way and its sad to hear this in a good area

Came in for a hotsub.. they just wrapped up me and my husbands sandwich plain. Didn’t even ask if I wanted any toppings. The woman said “oh hot subs come as is” probably never coming back. For a $16.99 sub that’s crazy not to even offer toppings.Edit: management offered to fix the problem, told me to email them and never heard back. Clearly only saying things to make a bad review look better smh!
The food is on par. The people must not be paid well because they messed up the order a little bit. One of our pieces were supposed to be a bowl and it came as a sandwich. Not the biggest issue in the world for us. However, there are some Karen's out there that I'm sure would be willing to pounce on this. Slight mistake. Make sure to read your orders guys

I ordered two sandwiches through Uber Eats. They completely forgot one of the two sandwiches and I’m not convinced they even care.

They say they are open until 9 but their grill closes at 8. They only serve half their menu until their official closing time. I get the employees want to get home but putting "cleaning chemicals" on the grill and hour before the store actually closes prohibits people from ordering hot food for the last hour they are open. I will not eat here again, until they are open until the time they officially close. If they want to leave by 9:05pm, they should set the official close time on the door at 8 or 830
