I placed an on line order which included some special instructions and some items to be removed . After picking up the order and getting home started to eat and realize that the sandwich was not done correctly so I went back to the store and told them that the sandwich was not done correctly and they seem like it was not there fault. They said that the instructions didn’t come through so I said to give me a refund and they said no so I asked them to remake it and they also said no after asking for the corporate number which it was not provided they made me wait for a while. They finally decided to remake it but were unprofessional and lacked customer service.

I have been coming to Jersey Mikes since I was a kid with my family. Today I had the best sub of all my years of going!! Robert & Ethan were so nice and had amazing service. Robert made my sub and he absolutely crushed it. 10/10 recommend this location and if you ever get a sub made by the tall blonde boy you are in for a real treat! He definitely takes care and thought into the sub he makes. Great job, I hope it’s like this every time!

They turn Off the music of 30min before closing and a man cursing with bad words inside kitchen and one of them rushing my order … was planning to have a good night dinner but end-up only dinner and nothing good and manager or who ever is coming at closing cursing with other employees from front counter ….. I like food here but not that way and its sad to hear this in a good area

Came in for a hotsub.. they just wrapped up me and my husbands sandwich plain. Didn’t even ask if I wanted any toppings. The woman said “oh hot subs come as is” probably never coming back. For a $16.99 sub that’s crazy not to even offer toppings.Edit: management offered to fix the problem, told me to email them and never heard back. Clearly only saying things to make a bad review look better smh!

First time to Jersey Mikes. It was getting late, I needed food... and a sandwich sounded good. I have heard good things about Jersey Mikes... decided to try them.Arrived at this location, and the parking lot was busy... between Jersey Mikes and Chipotle. Walked in, was greeted with a smile. Placed an order for a Chicken Chipotle sub, and it was ready quickly... fresh off the grill! Staff were awesome... very nice!Got home and at the sub (after a pic, of course). Found it to be good... would order again. I did have to add a good bit of sriracha to it to get the heat up a bit. My cat liked it too... very much! :)

The food is on par. The people must not be paid well because they messed up the order a little bit. One of our pieces were supposed to be a bowl and it came as a sandwich. Not the biggest issue in the world for us. However, there are some Karen's out there that I'm sure would be willing to pounce on this. Slight mistake. Make sure to read your orders guys
I ordered two sandwiches through Uber Eats. They completely forgot one of the two sandwiches and I’m not convinced they even care.

They say they are open until 9 but their grill closes at 8. They only serve half their menu until their official closing time. I get the employees want to get home but putting "cleaning chemicals" on the grill and hour before the store actually closes prohibits people from ordering hot food for the last hour they are open. I will not eat here again, until they are open until the time they officially close. If they want to leave by 9:05pm, they should set the official close time on the door at 8 or 830

Their hot subs close early, not at 9. Their official closing time is 9p but they shut down their grill hours before so the employees can get out on time. The service at this location is absolutely horrible. It was tolerable until my pregnant wife needed a cooked sub (due to pregnancy) and they decided to close half of their menu before the official close time of the location. They already close the earliest of any of the food locations near them and they only offer the cold half of their menu for the hours near their closure time. AVOID THIS LOCATION, THIS FRANCHISEE DOESNT WANT YOUR BUSINESS.

I ordered a sub from Westchase location thru UberEats and the bread I got was stale and burned. It seems they unloaded the leftover bread they would sale to an in person customer and sold it to me as it was delivered.
