I walked in for a sandwich wasn’t greeted or smiled at. Wasn’t asked if I wanted anything. The kid just stood there and looked at me. I was like … wow … it’s like sad in here. Still didn’t talk to me. Then I was like Ummmmm I don’t know if I still want a sandwich cause I feel like you’re not making it with love.
Whatever, he made my sandwich and when I went to go pay their card reader wasn’t working. I took that as a sign from God not to eat this kids sandwich.
Hire people that are more personable.

They have the best Philly Chesesteaks and my family loves their Italian Subs. Wished they had fries though, but I love Jersey Mike's!
$ 20 for a full sub sandwich NO MORE!!! It’s a nice store… It’s clean. The people seem nice but they’re very slim and Cincy on the meat and cheese if you’re gonna charge me $20 for a submarine sandwich at least make it robust and worth the $20. It’ll be my last visit to Jersey Mike’s tons of lettuce, very little meat and cheese.

The same employee my last few visits has been disappointing. Our family loves the food but the girl working has been horrible. This last visit will likely be my last. I arrived a bit early to pick up my order but didn’t mind waiting. She started slamming and throwing things. This is one of the many uncomfortable incidents I’ve had with her over my recent visits. It’s honestly a little scary. It makes for a very uncomfortable experience.
