On today's visit the bacon was burnt so bad I was surprised they would serve it. The lettuce was not fresh like usual. My mom and I are regulars but this was the worst ever. I go to the one in Temple Terrace and the one on Lake Carroll Way n Dale Mabey to but have never had any problems

Kudos to the owner and management for hiring a terrific staff. I order from this location a couple of times a month when in Tampa and the staff is always super friendly and quick. Please let your employees know that they are doing a fabulous job representing you and the company.

I ordered a regular sandwich and I’m pretty sure I got a much smaller sandwich than a regular and when received my sandwich there was so much corn mill on it that it was in chunks. The customer service is lacking as well, they should spend more time engaging with customers rather than themselves.
