Every time I've gotten pizza here it has been fantastic! I only wish it was closer to where I live but I will go out of my way if I can to pick up a pizza to go. Service is great and restaurant is always clean!

I explained it was a mistake on my end, then asked if it was possible for them to remake my item and they were extremely understanding and more than happy to help me out. I didnāt mention it at the time, but Iām pregnant and this meant a great deal to meā not only was my pizza delicious but the customer service is great and I will be coming back! Appreciate you guys.

It's a different pie than you get elsewhere in Tampa. It's thick, but crunchy. The middle of the crust when it's hot is doughy in a good way.
In fairness, I was born and raised in Western New York, and moved to the bay 16 years ago, so no pie in Tampa Bay has gotten a 5 *'s from me yet.
This was my 3rd Jet's Pizza experience. None have been unpleasant.
