I get delivery from here thru Uber eats at work pretty often and it always arrives in perfect condition within 15 minutes. I would give 20 stars if I could. You guys rock.

Not the best customer service as others pointed out. The sandwiches are cut in half and not individually wrapped. An important note if you don't want to lose half your sandwich to the street like I did

Went in to order the turkey bourbon club asked for no tomatoes and the girl put tomatoes on the bread her big goofy ass was rude told me I was doing to much because I asked for new bread that didn’t have tomato juice on it I walked out I see why I stop working for jimmy John because of people like her she needs to be trained again her customer service is horrible

Idk why on the website it says curbside is available when there is no way to do curbside at this store. Very misleading for people in a hurry, only reason I ordered.

Andrew, the shift supervisor should not be the shift supervisor. He does not know the meaning of customer satisfaction. I called in about a wrong order from only 2 days ago, I was on lunch and my job is very busy in which i didn't have the time to call that same day and so i gave the sandwich to a coworker. I called and explained what happened and asked for a replacement. Andrew was rude and said, "I don't have a way to look up a order from 2 days ago, u didn't think of calling 2 days ago, why didn't you call then, what do you want me to do, I have no proof of the purchase". I don't know JJ protocol, he didn't ask if I had the receipt. Nothing was resolved unfortunately. From looking at the reviews, it seems like Andrew is not the best candidate for the job.

UPDATE: It has been over a week. I have not heard back from anyone and they have NOT refunded my credit card. So basically they STOLE $40 from me and are ignoring my requests. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This was my WORST experience with Jimmy John’s. I placed my order online. When I received my confirmation email, it stated “Expected delivery: Tommorow.” Concerned that there was a mistake I called the store. I explained that I received a email saying delivery tomorrow and I wanted to make sure that was a mistake and that I would get delivery today. The incredibly rude man who answered the phone said, “Everyone in the city has decided to order from us tonight so you’re going to have to wait. But it’s in.” I said that was fine, I just wanted to make sure that delivery was today not tomorrow. He said, “Well it could take hours since we only have one delivery driver and everyone in the city is ordering, so you have to wait.” At which point I felt like such an inconvenience to his evening that I decided to cancel my order. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Andrew, whom I am assuming is the manager called and stated they were out of bread and asked if I wanted a wrap instead. With it being hard times with the past hurricane I can understand the lack of product, I am in hospitality and understand it completely. Where I found to be the issue is that he intensely stated that they close at 10:00pm. I do not look at hours as often as I should and shame on me but the rudeness was completely uncalled for and his tone and quick hang up was far beyond unprofessional. I will rethink when placing an order here again, when I often order from this downtown location.
