Awful place to eat. The workers are not very friendly. The woman manager does not make me feel welcome and always gives snarky comments. I used to love this place but not anymore. Jimmy John’s in downtown Tampa has gone down hill :/ hope they close and open something else in its spot

So... there are so many sandwich shops around! I had never been inside of a Jimmy John's at all until 2 days ago. Initially the experience wasn't so great. I didn't know what I was getting and the person at the register was in a major rush. I get it.. it was the height of lunch rush... but I called and today I spoke with Andy. He is a manager here. When I tell you that he was knowledgeable, understanding, and knew exactly how to take care of a customer, that cannot be overstated! Absolutely incredible!!!! Kudos!!! The do-over was so much better than I could've asked for!!!

Horrible customer service. I called to update a catering order, they had no time to update but had plenty of time to cancel it. In the middle of canceling the order I was hung up on.With all the restaurants in the area I recommend finding a location that doesn't treat their customers so poorly.

Super impressed with this location. I was greeted from the time I walked in, and had my order in hand before the receipt was printed. These guys are on it! Exceptional service is hard to come by these days. Thank you Jimmy John’s on Franklin for being the exception. Keep up the great work.
