Walked in, they told me they only had two cheeses, they said I couldn't customize a sub, but then the other employee said it would cost extra for adding stuff which I think is obvious then the two staff started talking to each other, I just walked out since they were making it so hard. It was also my first time walking into a Jimmy John's. Do not go here.

Generally stop here after my doctor's appointments. Always very good. Today not so good. First, the young man taking the order had bull nose ring in his nose. Made my eyes water looking at him. Secondly the sandwich was very dry and bread was not as fresh as it normally is and had a after taste.

Turkey and ham sub combo delicious, although I didn't like chips. Drive thru ? Looked clean what I could see. Staff friendly and answered my questions 👍

COULDN'T GET SERVED!!! 12:45 on a Friday and they have TWO workers.... THAT'S IT ...Two fools in charge of the drive-thru, the counter and all the online ordering. The line was eight deep and there were people sitting at tables who did not have their sandwiches yet. I will never come back to this mismanaged store again. And I suggest you hire some people!

I just dont get how with options like jersey mikes, firehouse subs, potbelly, any italian deli, and God even subways with their upgraded new stuff (that seems to be getting better quality wise) How is jimmy John's still running? Are they money laundering scheme like pollos ermanos fom braking bad? They never have customers in store and their subs are complete trash, how have they expanded, I am baffled really
