The hours posted say they open at 1030. There is nothing posted on their windows indicating operating hours. We got there at about 1035, and the doors were locked. We waited out front for a bit because we didn't mind waiting to eat until 11. But it looked like all of the employees were just standing around, and only one girl was actually working. I found that slightly annoying.

I went here on 3/16 while I was out in ybor for my birthday, we stopped here at the end of the night and I ordered a sandwhich then went to stand in line for the bathroom. While waiting in line an employee named “flame” came over and grabbed my arm very hard to try to drag me out of the door to leave. I had to hit his hand off of me and told him that I was the only one who ordered a sandwich and he was still being very hostile towards me until the other employee there told him that I did in fact order one. Flame never apologized for grabbing me he just huffed and walked away from me. I understand that it can get hectic in there at night but there was no reason to grab people especially when I was wearing stuff saying it was my birthday, he definitely should’ve handled the situation better.

Very poor customer service with lazy bad attitudes. I asked for a bag which was at the end of the counter on his side and he had the nerve to point as if to tell me to get it myself SERIOUSLY! Lucky for me I didn't think he was worth! Get a grown man job without your gold chains ?

Freaky fast and delicious always! The staff is always friendly. When it's a quick lunch day, we always choose Jimmy John's! The new pasta salad is amazing! Love the club LuLu. Sandwich or unwiched! Delicious either way. Only wish they heated them but I guess that takes away from the freaky fast. Thanks Jimmy's for being my quick and always efficient sandwich option.
Javaris and Rick provided amazing customer service they were extremely friendly and answered all questions! a plus, our sandwiches tasted fantastic no items were missed. I will definitely be back!
