absolutely horrific quality and service. I ordered delivery today. I ordered #15 Club Tuna. The girl who answered the phone asked if I wanted cheese on my sandwich. I replied I wanted it as is on the menu with tuna salad, provolone cheese, cucumber, lettuce and tomatos. I told her I'd be paying cash. When the driver delivered the sandwich he said he didn't see it was a cash order, so he didn't bring change for my twenty dollar bill offering me a free cookie next time. So he conveniently received an almost six dollar tip. When I open the wrapping the sandwich was five inches long with hardly any product in it and no cheese at all. I've ordered many times from this Howard ave location in Tampa. The quality and service was horrific, I feel like I've been scammed and ripped off. I will never order anything from Jimmy John's again. Bill K.

It's weird because it's the first time I feel like they forgot to add it automatically but maybe they're trying to cut back on using less ingredients due to inflation.I sign up via email for alerts on promotions and scored a great deal this day, any Original or Slim sandwich for $3.99 + tax!Vito is my jam - It's the only sub I ever order. Before you ask why, I have tried the other subs and Vito hits differently - it's so good! I have been eating this since my college days, so for the past almost decade I've not grown tired of Vito #5 (Salami & Capicola).I love the freshly made bread and quality meat and cheese as well. I am a weirdo and even ask them to save the bread that's pulled out of the sub to the side, so I can snack on it. Also, as an onion lover, I always ask for extra! This is my typical order!This location is BUSY which means parking is tight during lunch and dinner time. The inside includes tables to sit at to enjoy your sandwich!

always out of bread past 12am… don’t stay open until 3am if your staff is not willing to serve customers until that time or close to it at least. out of “bread and lettuce” at 12:33. there’s a pizza place right next door that will keep serving so you’re going to lose all your business to them. why pay your employees if they wont do anything.

Not a bad atmosphere inside. If the stuff was more kind and helpful I would’ve enjoy my meal. She just wanted me to order and get done with it. I ordered a tuna sandwich and just ate it the way it is. The staff could’ve let me know for freebies.

I placed an order online and after about 30 minutes I realized the order said pick up not delivery so I called the restaurant and asked if we could switch to pick up he with an attitude said "ugh I just sent my drivers out you won't get your order for 2 hours then." Our delivery address was a 3 minute drive. I ended up leaving my baby with my friend to go pick up the order where I saw that the restaurant was empty. When I got home I saw that they gave us both the smallest sandwich I've ever seen. Definitely will not be a returning customer after the attitude of the employee and how small the sandwich was
