I asked for cheese on my sandwich as I have a hundred times before, always got provolone, today they put 6 very think slices of CHEDDAR cheese on my turkey sandwich. I didnt know you even had sliced cheddar cheese nor did I notice till I got back to work. It tasted awful and I paid almost $3 for the cheese. I ate half the sandwich and had to throw it away it was so gross. I will not be returning.

Came in person, ordered 3 sandwiches that 2 are identical and third is the same just without lettuce. Number 14. Went over the details 3 times and had them read it back to me twice! They added cheese on all three, and left out the turkey. Of course we noticed it only at home and had ti drive back to have them remake them. So frustrating!!!
Part 2: They are the remaking it, I’m watching to make sure no mistakes and now they made it with roast beef and HAM instead of turkey… OMG!!! Asked the guy that is taking the order to finally make the damn sandwich himself. No compensation offered, not even a lame apology! Shocked!!!!
