Website says 9PM close. Google says 9pm close. Showed up at 8pm, door is locked and they said they are closed.

Horrible service. I walked in and immediately the young lady at the register goes “our bathrooms are closed” with an attitude as if I had just come in to use the restroom. How about a good evening, how are you, what can I help you order today… Her attitude turned me off so bad my son and I just walked out and ate somewhere else. The lack of customer service at these establishments blow my mind. Do better. I’ll pass….

The staff was rude and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome. When I asked for assistance, they seemed disinterested and displayed a poor attitude. This reflects badly on the management, which clearly needs to address these issues.

I recently visited and was disappointed by an unexpected inconvenience. While i was waiting for my sandwich I was surprised to find that the bathrooms were closed during my visit, despite the restaurant being open and serving food.

As a paying customer, having access to a restroom is a basic expectation, especially at a dining establishment. This lack of access was inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures restrooms are available for customers in the future.

While the food is great, the staff is not. Waited on a delivery order for awhile using the app. After a some time we called and were told the store is closed, the order was cancelled. But they didn't have the decency to let us know. No communication at all. Other times when getting a delivery we're shorted on things. Does it really take that much effort to check and to make sure everything is there before delivery? Is it too much to call and say "Hey I apologize but we're closed"? Common courtesy and customer service are hard to come by these days. And these are the people who want $15/hr?! Bwahahaha! Love JJ's but not this store .

Ordered online 25 minutes before close so wasn’t worried, showed up and the door was locked and two employees stared at me and didn’t acknowledge me, the employee mopping stopped and came to the door to let me know that they were going to void my order because the bread they had “was for tomorrow”? Just frustrating after driving all the way from the water’s location which closed an hour and half early

Have been coming for awhile to this location and always get the same chicken Caesar wrap and after noticing the chicken was always separated from the rest of the wrap contents, figured I’d ask if it were possible to toss the contents of the wrap so that all chicken isn’t on one side and all lettuce isn’t on one side clumped up with mayo and Caesar. Takes about two seconds of time and an extra set or gloves if that. I was laughed out of the building for questioning if the wrap could be made to request. Never seen the same employee for longer than a month at this location, besides maybe one. No one wants to be a sandwich chef obviously, but find better staff with more people skills.

Those 2 people working in that place are the worst employees I've ever seen in my life. They did not have any costumers, just me and my husband, and this guy was looking at us with too much hate and rushing us to order. Very awkward people making your food. I just hate the experience of having lunch today there.

They were two employees working on Sunday very rude, they seem very mad...... I am not sure because of SUNDAY lol...... but really the experience was horrible
