I stopped in for my usual lunch today and the staff was too busy to take my order. One was sweeping the floor, the other was wiping the lettuce container and the third (new lady) was absolutely rude to me when I tried to order after standing there being completely ignored. I eat lunch here at least three times a week and have never had this kind of experience. This is the first time I've seen this new lady working, I'm assuming she's new, possibly a manager? Anyway, I won't be back. She's rude and shouldn't be working with customers.

Very rude lady. Didnt take 10 steps from my car and she came outside telling me my car would be towed and to park anywhere else. No wonder the entire lot was empty! This location will never get my business again considering I won't be able to park without being threatened. I guess I'm getting dinner elsewhere tonight.

Stay away from this place! Employees are RUDE and the quality of the food is not good. Meals are overpriced and the management yells at customers in the parking lot. Advice to owner start by training your employees how to have better customer service skills. This restaurant does not deliver near downtown Tampa. You are better off driving to Publix down the street to get a meal. I would not stop here at all!

Whatever female worked on 6/19/24 is very unprofessional. People parked in the parking lot unaware you weren’t allowed to park there and she cussed them out and a man came outside as well and started yelling. It’s never that serious have some class! I will never go here with such trashy customer service

This is true, Jimmy Johns.. most locations smell really bad. I've always known for the locations to smell like fresh made bread. Have been in Tampa for almost 9 years and finally found a location to brag about.. have been here 2 times and will definitely go again

Can’t tell you how impressed we were. Such incredible staff. While we eating there a car flipped over outside. The staff didn’t hesitate. One was immediately on the line with 911 and the other ran out to help. Food was great, place was super clean. But they earned customers for life just for being caring human beings.
