I always get the #9 Italian Night Club with the bread removed inside the sandwich and cut into 3. Best sandwich on the menu. All fresh cold ingredients. Love this sandwich. I also get BBQ chips and put them on my sandwich. Super fast and delicious. I signed up for the rewards so they send coupons for $5.99 for this sandwich almost 50% off.

I was at the South Dale Mabry (Tampa) location today around 2pm (1/30/25).
Two things went wrong during my visit.
1) The promotion you have online that says if you buy an 8" sub/sandwich after 2pm, you get a free combo (chips & drink). The cashier wouldn't honor that promotion. She said it is select subs. The promotion DOESN'T state that.
2) I asked for the 8" Gargantuan and specifically said "no mayo". I get the sub and sat down. I open the sandwich and I notice mayo on it. I was pissed off and told them about it (didn't tell them I was pissed).
I guess some or all those employees demand higher minimum wages. As long as they don't listen to their customers, then they DON'T deserve higher minimum wages‼️

This Jimmy John’s delivers on the promise of freaky fast food, and it tastes good. The vibe of this place is very low-key, which is good if you want even faster food. Price is a lil high for what they give you ($9 for one footlong) but there is a points program you can save with.

Apparently its an extra $1.79 to add cheese to your sandwich...orginal combo is advertised as $10.89 and cheese doesnt come with it. Never heard of a sandwich shop that sells sandwiches where base cheese is extra. So when someone orders a roast beef sandwich they just get bread and roastbeef? Lol Unsurprisingly, i got 3 small slices of provolon and the sandwich itself had almost no meat on it. It was a huge disappointment trying this place for the first time and the guy at the drive thru seemed like he had no interest in being there too. If i wanted to pay almost $14 for a sandwich id go to a better place. Garbage ?

I go in on sunday to get a tuna sandwich and the staff just tried to rush my order an I made what I wanted on the sub clear they neglected to put all my requested toppings and the tuna had way too much celery in it! Jersey Mike's and subway is better! You guys used to be good!

You know, this place doesn't have too hard of a job, you'd think they would master the little things that become big when not done. ? we ordered 7 sandwiches today, gave names for each sandwich, and were shocked to find we had to open random sandwiches to 'find' our own. JUST WRITE THE DAMN NAME ON THE SANDWICHES. You guys are a mayo, lettuce tomato brigade. Don't put people in this awkward situation. Also, we ordered 2 pickles to be quartered. We get to our group meeting and are they quartered? No! You just have a few things to do, guys, DO THEM! We won't be choosing you for any future meetings. We didn't have time to play musical sandwiches. No thanks. ?

If you don’t have to deal with the people then you’ll have a good experience.

Be aware! The delivery driver is "hungry" for your tips! Ordered online delivery. The delivery driver was NOT satisfied with my tip amount. It's a horrible business practice! The tip is voluntary, at the customer's discretion, and is not automatically given. Tip is customary when good to excellent service is provided. In my case, there could have been better customer service. Never order from this place again.
