My son and I eat at the West Waters location at least 3 days a week.. We are so impressed by the Manager Trey Hayes and her staff. They are all very friendly and welcoming, Needless to say the sandwiches are awesome! That's what keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!

Ordered $9 dollar sandwich, cost $20 to have delivered. They took an hour to deliver and they didn’t even have the order correct. Tried calling to have corrected, they told me someone would bring out the proper order. No one showed up. I called back and they tell me there not going to. Absolutely disrespectful refused to let me speak to a manager and refused to give me any contact information.

Wow. Ordered through DoorDash. Took forever to get here and when the delivery driver did arrive he made a point to tell me that they close at nine and I shouldn’t order that close to closing. I told him that’s something that should be addressed with the app not a customer. How am I to know that? I was able to order I’m not keeping track of the hours especially through DoorDash. Very unprofessional. I will never order from there again.

Restaurant allowed me to place an order for delivery without having driver available. I called to change the cheese option on my order and was told there was no driver. So when we’re you guys going to call and let us know you can not bring our food? My wife and I spent our last funds available to order From this establishment. We are now foodless and have no money for tonight to eat. We asked for the establishment to please refund us in cash to get food someplace else (because we know they closed in 30 minutes) and they did not accommodate us. We spoke to quinton who was working the shift and he was nice at first but started to give us attitude as soon as I asked for him to save our voided order for our records just to make sure we have documentation of the refund since they don’t have their restaurant together. Why am I the wronged customer but you have an attitude? NOT COOL! I am so nice!!! Worst experience ever and now we have to wait 3-5 business days to get our 30.00 back. The store manager does not know how to run this store properly and their corporate store will be contacted. Please call this disorganized store before placing a delivery order to make sure they can actually deliver. Tray the store manager needs to be on top of her store and if delivery is not available that option should be taken down. Delivery is usually selected by the customer because they can not make it to the store. Manager said to offer half off to delivery orders if the customer can pick up the order which does not make sense. How can someone be able to come pick it up if they do not have the means to do so. Shame on you Jimmy John’s. Do better.Update! It has been a week and I still haven’t received my money back!! Scammers!!
