Just got here @ 8:09 and the doors are locked. The cashier is writing something down. I drove all this way because the hours online say 9pm. Be warned its 8pm new hours I guess.

Staff didnt wash hands when going from cashier to food prep. Wearing gloves doesn't prevent spread of germs if the gloves get contaminated

Worst store ever. Both reps were on their cells. Like out the door, the one girl instead of making sandwiches was on her phone, baking bread., My cell phone and a sleeve of her shirt talking to her friend the entire time other one had cell at register and instead of Serving customers cared more about her phone. This is insane. Like just kept getting longer and they cared more about talking to their friends and socializing. NEED A MANAGER TO FIND NEW HELP. THIS WAS ON 8-31-2024 at 2:28pm so you can see who the two employees were. Sorry I don’t like people loosing their jobs but they need to get written up or retrained. So SAD!!
I guess the advertised business hours of 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM are just times they list on their website. I arrived at the business at 8:48 PM. The door was open, the lights were off. Nobody was visible behind the counter. I made myself known by announcing my presence. I asked if they were open and heard a voice from back there somewhere (I didn't see anybody) saying we are closing. How long does it take to make an Italian Night Club sandwich? 2-3 mins? I was disappointed as I considered Subway and Jersey Mikes, driving past them to get to Jimmy John's. Before I ever go back there again, I'll save myself the aggravation and call to make sure they are actually open and ready to serve as advertised.

I actually messed up my order when I put in a catering order and I called them to fix it for me and they were super kind and they made the adjustment with no issues. Great service great food.

First time at this location and this is by far the worst Jimmy John's we've ever been to. The staff was rude and impatient, and the food was so stale it probably won't be safe to eat beyond tomorrow. Overall worst Jimmy John's experience from any store we've been to.

First off, I really liked the customer service here. Everyone was just, ya know, friendly and laid back. There was no stress. That makes me less stressed. Store was clean and welcoming. I wanted a sandwich on wheat bread which they were able to provide. It was quite enjoyable, and I am sure I will be back for another one. Might have seemed a bit on the pricey side, but what doesn't these days. Good job, JJ's.
