First off, I really liked the customer service here. Everyone was just, ya know, friendly and laid back. There was no stress. That makes me less stressed. Store was clean and welcoming. I wanted a sandwich on wheat bread which they were able to provide. It was quite enjoyable, and I am sure I will be back for another one. Might have seemed a bit on the pricey side, but what doesn't these days. Good job, JJ's.

Pickup order was not in the right location for pick up in the store, I was not greeted when I walked in to pick up, and the overpriced sandwich was pitiful… barely any meat, and practically nothing more, no oil and vinegar as ordered, no lettuce… will not be ordering here again.

Been a long time Jimmy John's customer: however, my experience today was beyond poor.took over an hour and three phone calls, which the person continued to get a ruder and ruder. The store except the no responsibility for over an hour away not following the delivery instructions, and then demonstrated total unwillingness to do anything to correct it except tell me it was my responsibility since they never told me how long will it take to deliver. I'm done with this store beyond this song will report it to corporate. The attitude of the manager was repulsive. Thanks.
i wanted a bacon n tomato sandwich w/ extra bacon. i paid $2.30 for extra bacon. does this look like extra bacon to you ?

I am allergic to eggs. I tried to order a sub and was told that all the food was cross contaminated and they couldn’t guarantee anything. They were not willing to clean things and pull out food that hadn’t touched anything. So disappointing when it’s not my fault that I have a food allergy. I left hungry.Dietary restrictions: Allergic to eggs.

Writing this review for an employee at Sore # JJ1441. I was placing an on line order yesterday for several Boxed Lunches. I kept having trouble with the on line ordering system and needed to call the store directly a couple of times. Employee Gabby helped me each time and on the last call went above and beyond her duties to ensure my order was input correctly. She actually took the time to do it herself and then review all with me. WAY TO GO GABBY! it is a great pleasure to work with staff as dedicated as you. Keep up the exceptional work.
