I've used Copper Pot Catering to cater Breakfast & Lunch at two Client events. The first one went off without a hitch but the second was a disaster. Somehow, they forgot they had an event even though it was already paid for, and I had confirmed it a week in advance.
When I called them because they were late for their set up time they didn't even know they had our event that day. They had to scramble to put together a continental breakfast instead of the hot breakfast with a full chaffing tray setup we had ordered and they couldn't muster but 1/3rd the coffee we ordered. They ended up being 90 minutes late for breakfast. Lunch went fine, but they didn't show up that day collect there chaffing dishes.
They did give us a full refund on the breakfast expenses, but that doesn't really make up for the added stress and experience for our Client.

We had a big Brunch Celebration Party for my son's 35th, husband's 70th and house 100th Birthday and our 42nd wedding Anniversary. All the food from Joan's Catering was absolutely delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented! The two servers and bar tender could not have been more helpful and with it! High top tables and tableclothes came exactly when arranged. It is a rare experience to give praise that everything was Excellent!

Our family has been using Joans catering for many years. During this difficult time they have been offering wonderful dinners for takeout. I have used them for the past two months at least. The food has been simply delicious. There are so many choices, everything I have had has been so good. I sure hope they continue this service. I can’t begin to tell you what a great value it is and such quality meals.

I have been taking advantage of their take-out dinners at this time. They are absolutely delicious. The food has been wonderful. This is such a fantastic service for members of our community right now. I am so pleased to have found out that they were doing takeout.

We used Joan’s for a party for around 80 people. They did an Oyster Bar that was great. Their staff was also wonderful. However, we ordered a full dinner and they only sent cocktail plates! No dinner plates or napkins or knives, which were spelled out on the order! Fillet was over cooked. Presentation was mediocre at best. Very embarrassing experience when we had to get out our own dinner plates and utensils! Owner was not even apologetic!

Had an event in November 2019 ordered from Joan’s selection for 25 guests the food was delicious & the taste & quality were excellent. The food was delivered on time in a special warmer container. I would highly recommend them for any events.

Joan's did my family's Thanksgiving dinner yesterday, and everything was of truly exceptional quality. Everyone raved about every single dish, but especially about the turkey, stuffing and gravy (the stars of the show after all!) We would most definitely not hesitate to use Joan's again for a comparable meal/event.
