I only know Joffrey's Coffee because I was introduced to Joffrey's by my daughter who knows I am a coffee snob. I didn't want to be a coffee snob, but having been spoiled by exposure to excellent coffee nothing less will do. Joffrey's coffee blends are the pinnacle of coffee flavor. I only have my coffee black/ no sugar so there's nothing between the coffee and my taste buds. My first experience was with their Disney Resort blends which are wonderful, and I have branched out and tried some of their other blends. None has disappointed. My only experience with Joffrey's is by ordering online. Their customer service is exemplary and they have a customer for life. Thanks, Joffrey's -- you're the best.

I guess I’m not fashionable enough to get coffee here. The counter person (with the gorgeous green hair) just stared at me when I stepped up. He rolled his eyes when I spoke to him, and didn’t even smile when I complemented him on his hair. ‘Here’s your pour over’ was all I got prior to picking up my tiny, over priced coffee. No ‘thank you’, no ‘have a good day’, nothing. My day isn’t made or broken on these things; I just expected a little better on an in crowded Saturday morning. The death of good customer service is in full swing. The coffee was nothing special.

I was out in the morning and while coming back to home I was searching for a coffee place to have quick coffee. I searched for a place around me and came across Joffrey's Coffee & Tea. It is a small cafe with a beautiful decor and cool environment. From the cafe I ordered Caffe Latte with the Irish Cream. The service was quick and I got my order in less than 5 minutes. The coffee was hot and freshly brewed. I loved my coffee and it was delicious. Amazing place with delicious coffee.

Terrible work environment . I came here as a temp working under the supervisor Shaun . I thought it was all good and well until his true colors showed . I did not receive directions on when to clock in or out for lunch or even how long the shift was . The supervisor and the QC are jokes . I was supposedly let go for not paying attention to a machine that they were already stressing replacing . Don’t work here . You have been warned

Best coffee on disney property! WAAAAAYY better than Starbucks.
It was my first time here and I won’t be back. I only had espresso macchiato. The coffee is bitter and my drink was way too hot. I don’t recommend this place. I did not eat anything but pastry on display was unappealing. I see that a lot of reviewers claims that this place is better than Starbucks. But it looks like saying anything id better than Starbucks is a very low standard. Of course anything will be better than Starbucks but it doesn’t mean it is good.

I was excited to have coffee right downstairs from my apartment. Sad that the staff is rude and unprofessional. Should probably treat the people you share the entire community with and most likely be a huge source of your business with more kindness and professionalism. I can walk to Joffrey’s and even if it is my absolute last resort for coffee I will not go back because of how rude the staff is.
