Jubao Palace Noodle Bar (in Seminole Hard Rock Tampa)

Crab fried rice didn’t have one peck of salt/seasoning. Paid $27 for rice when I could’ve gotten the pre frozen from Publix and it would’ve had more seasoning than this. Food went downhill from previous years. Staff was nice though. Even my friend rice had no type of seasoning.

We wanted to try this place because there is always a line. I should have left when I was told boba tea was in a can. $72 for 2 people no alcohol. Noodles were average. Next time we will go to a different spot in the casino.

This place was not what I expected. We waited over an hour to get in only to be presented with very lackluster food. I've had better Asian at a corner Chinese Takee Outee. This place is all hype and I mean ALL HYPE!!

Un believable pork belly. I’ve eaten here many many times. Never had a bad meal. Can’t say enough great things. Long waits are not unusual.

As of 2:30 AM on 5/17, the line here is quite long. Waited 20 minutes already and still not my turn yet (and I really need to pee now…). Don’t let google map fools you. Definitely NOT “Less busy than usual. Usually no wait.” Be prepared to wait!
The food and service here is great though. Coming back all the time. Just hate the wait

I had the oxtail ramen and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the oxtail was incredibly tender—it practically melted in my mouth. Every bite was comforting and packed with deep, savory flavor. You can tell it was made with care and slow-cooked to perfection. If you’re a ramen lover or just want something hearty and satisfying, the oxtail ramen is a must-try. So, so yummy!

Formal Complaint Against Manager Bryan and Security Guards Reinaldo Sanchez and Joseph Torres at Hard Rock Casino Tampa

Today, around 4:26 AM, I arrived at the Jubao Palace Noodle Bar at Hard Rock Casino Tampa, which according to your posted hours closes at 5:00 AM. Despite arriving on time, security guards Reinaldo Sanchez and Joseph Torres denied us entry without reason. When my wife asked, an employee informed us that we could be seated if we were seated before 4:50 AM, but the guards still denied us entry.

Additionally, Reinaldo Sanchez spoke to us in a racist manner, telling us to “caminaramos” (walk) with a dismissive attitude. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, Manager Bryan not only failed to resolve the situation but threatened us with arrest if we did not leave, treating us like criminals without any justification.

This behavior is unacceptable and humiliating. I demand an immediate investigation and disciplinary action against these employees. If I do not receive an appropriate response, I will take public and legal action.

After waiting 45 minutes to be seated on a Friday night it was fresh, hot & tasty. We order steamed dumpling, soy sauce chicken & roast duck combo pick 2 & chicken wok fry. The food was good but it needed more garlic!! Misa was our server and he was very pleasant. Soft spoken but very articulate! He took good care of us and made sure we were satisfied!! I would definitely go back on a less busier day.
