I asked for seamoss for my smoothie she agreed to but didnt put it to later tell me they didnt have it. Then gave me ginger shots when i payed for wheatgrass shots to tell me later they dont have it smh.

I do love the menu and the options on the juices. I wanted one of everything. But I would give it more stars waiting around and after I was done eating I kind of got really gross out eating there. The person doing the food didn’t look clean and I know you don’t judge people but your touch my food with your fingers no gloves and touch the computer then food. I did ask the opinion I wish I stuck with what I wanted. I got the strawberry salad. Nothing to ride home about. I wish I didn’t get but I asked. But the quality of the meat I couldn’t even look at it. That was not chicken.take it off whatever but I tell my daughter to got wash her hands and she tells me there’s a knife in the bathroom. I walk in there cleaning chemicals on the counter right next to the sink and kitchen knife. At first I was like oh that’s safe then I was like mmm is that the knife for the food. I got grossed out and couldn’t eat the 30 of food I just paid for. 30 isn’t bad but I feels so grossed out I didn’t even eat it. There was a shopping cart from the grocery store across the street. Clothes on the chair with groceries bathroom wasn’t horrendous but wasn’t clean I just wanted to throw the food away and leave. And the trash was tied up so people just left the trash on the counter

As many others have said, I attempted to come by during OPEN hours, according to both Google the front door of the business...and it was closed. Waste of a drive.

Shots are great, if you can get one. Place is always closed but the neon signs is always on. Been there 3 times, I was able to purchase a drink 1 out of the 3 times.

Order was incorrect and missing items and the food I received was poor quality. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times over 2 days and no one answers. I am happy with Ubereats customer service with this situation but will not be returning to Juice Factory.

I’ve come by this place twice after a workout at LA fitness after 10am and they have been closed but all the signs lit up as if they’re open. Would love to try this place out if they ever decide to adhere to the hours on their website.

MUST COME! a GREAT spot to come and get a delicious post workout drink or breakfast! They have a huge variety of options. Juices, specialty juices, CREATE YOUR OWN JUICE, smoothies, Bowls, Salads/Wraps, Breakfast options! It’s a small location but it’s cozy and friendly. They got all the options to fit everyone’s needs and wants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for post workouts
