I’ve always ordered from here online several times. The last time I ordered online for pick up and I was charged a tip, which I would have given anyway but this was an unauthorized tip. I called the restaurant and the restaurant blamed it on Doordash which I didn’t order from. I called Doordash and Doordash is saying that it’s the restaurant. So what I am saying is to be careful when ordering from here. Some restaurants will scam you from adding on extra items without your knowledge. I told Nathan, since the manager was mot available, that i will never return and he said that’s it alright. I guess customer service was not their priorities but scamming people are.

The Korean BBQ was so good! We came in a group of 8 and was met with such friendliness and attentiveness by our waitress Emma. She was awesome ! Kimchi stew is a must have in my opinion when having bbq meat!!!!

food was ok but service was barely there. only saw our server twice the whole time were were there; first, for when we were sat +taken our initial order, and second, to get the check. couldn't even get a refill to my drink

The food was yummy. The service was lacking. The server had to be called multiple times for the same thing since she kept forgetting and everytime she made an unpleasant face. Also, She was trying to up-charge for everything. We asked if we could do a-la-carte to which she denied since it was a party of 10 so it had to be the buffet (i guess their rule) So We had to get the buffet for 35$ each. A few people in our group were vegetarian so they had to pay extra for tofu (which is fine) but the server even ended up charging extra for vegetarian fried rice instead of pork fried rice. You shouldn't have to pay extra to remove an item (pork in this case). Ended up paying 59$ per person for the buffet without drinks which was absurd for a place like this. Save your money and go somewhere fancier and you will be spending about the same price and get better service. Not 1 star cuz the food was still good.

Super yummy but service is definitely lacking. The food is delicious but we would have to call on the waiter multiple times to get our drinks. They did not come by often enough and so we had to wait a lot. Not a pleasant experience when you’re trying to get things grilled asap to eat. The waiters themselves were pretty friendly for the most part. This place was a hit or miss for us.

Met my family here and my friends, and we all enjoyed authentic Korean food. This is a great place, and everything is delicious .
