Edit/Update: I should be clear that this order came via Uber Eats, so theres a chance that this was not the fault of this shop. Nonetheless, the rest remains wholly accurate amd disappointing.
Just ordered a 20 ounce hot mocha, double shot with a plus-up on the mocha. What I got was 10 ounces of dirty dishwater, half-ass warmed with no mocha added. I'd have been better off drinking from the swill pot at a Motel 6, or making a baby pot in my room using my underwear for a filter.
I would write a more eloquent review, but I'm frankly not in the mood (its probably the lack of caffeine...crazy, I know).
People don't seem to understand the intersection of old people, good coffee and setting the tone for the day. This wasn't just bad, it was insulting. It was the equivalent of theft accompanied by a derogatory remark about my mother...for the low, low price of 25 bucks.

JANNAE offered great service and I appreciate the no pumpkin spice attitude with a few other fall flavors. Today we ordered an iced green tea with no ice and a latte and banana bread and a buttery scone. Chill vibe here in this Tampa Bay based Coffee shop that beats the big names. Free WiFi, great service with a smile The drive thru is quick. The indoor seating is accessible with several tables, a sofa area. Also a high top larger table is good for larger group of meeting. Outdoor seating is accessible with trademark yellow umbrellas. Accessible entry with push door Accessible restroom with grab bars and 2ftx4ft space Free van accessible parking in dedicated lot.

i usually don’t stop at chain coffee shops, but based on the reviews, i decided to give this place a try and my visit was a pleasant surprise! my barista, Tina, was very patient and reviewed all the seasonal items and specialties this shop has. the drink she made me was INCREDIBLE and i would absolutely come back if i knew Tina would be the one servicing me

I went about 10 minutes out of the way to go to Kahwa on my way to work. Tina was in a great and energetic mood which was contagious and she got me back on my way in no time. My order was accurate and did not disappoint.
