We highly recommend this place for their drinks and limited edition loose leaf tea. We love how you’re able to combine 2 different flavors — like in our case, Pistacchio Matcha! The place is very busy but the staff members are always helpful whenever we’d ask questions about their products and menu. We enjoy their tea of the week as it helps us discover new flavors.

Service is absolutely wonderful! Everyone who works there is so kind and personable, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. The tea is delicious, and they always have fun seasonal drinks. I’m obsessed with some of their vegan dishes, especially the Asian noodles.

I've been going here for TEN YEARS. I live in Sarasota now and not Tampa, but I frequently travel here still JUST for Kaleisia. Here's my order: an iced luminescent moon tea in a TEATANIC -- the biggest size (it's gotta last me on the drive back home people), full sweetness with boba. Then for a snack I usually get the house rolls. It HITS! I don't know what the sauce is that goes with it, but I NEED to know because it's so good and compliments the rolls well. The staff is polite and helpful and I've seen a lot of them have been there forever and that's always a good sign. There is a quiet room in there that's great for writing essays or emails, as well as a patio if it's ever cold in Florida. Having vegan and vegetarian options is important for my household, so there is something for everyone!! Oh-- and don't skip the cupcakes people. They're incredible.

Kaleisia is one of the treasures of Tampa. It has not only wonderful tea and food, great service and a very clean store, but a real sense of community. People meet there for crafting days, for meditation classes, for study groups... it's more than just a wonderful tea house, it's a community center.

Wow. Went for the first time today and was super impressed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, not to mention fast. I ordered a Thai milk tea with coffee and boba. It was probably the best one in town. I was also able to stock up on loose-leaf tea and local raw honey, which was super nice and unexpected. To top things off, I ordered a pumpkin soup to go and it was delicious. This sounds like a fake review (LOL), but it’s not. I was just really impressed. We be going back.

Very relaxing atmosphere to read, write, eat, drink, listen to music with your ear pods/headphones. Even just to chill with your friends for a good quiet time. Staff is absolutely amazing and will go out of their way to make you feel like part of their family. I'm so totally hooked! I also recommend to follow and check them out on Instagram! <3 <3 <3
