First time here. Love supporting small business. Had whole wings and fries. Food was good. Only problem I had was took me 45min to get my food. Will chalk it up to 1st day at new location. Will definitely go back and I recommend it Went back for a second visit. Got wings and shrimp. One word...DELICIOUS. if you want to make your belly happy, go see Ms. Kay and Mr. Alvin. Very friendly and got my food in under 15 minutes and everything cooked to perfection.

I ordered online and the order I received was correct. I was very disappointed to find out that the online prices are double what the original price was. When I asked the guy at the window about the prices he just handed me my food and said online prices are higher and shut the window in my face. Also some of the chicken wings were not done (still bleeding). My experience was definitely not worth the extremely high prices they charge.

Truly the best fried chicken you can locally get. I made the mistake of waiting to try this place until a few months ago and man, there aint no where worth going to over Kays Kitchen. Trust me, it tastes just as good as all the pictures look.

This was our first time here. my husband and I will definitely be back!!! Best fried chicken I've ever had here in Florida. Can't wait to try the fried fish next time. ❤❤

This is by far the best Chicken in Tampa Bay. Our lunch was hot fresh and fast. The whole vibe reminds me of Chicago.

Chicken was good but the sauce absolutely sucked! It tasted like doctored ketchup. I wish they wouldn't compare it to Harold's, as Kay's is NOTHING like Harold's. I'm very disappointed ?The picture attached is of Harold's. The sauce comes all over the fries and chicken. The mild sauce is actually mild sauce and it's all served over a piece of bread. Anyone who knows anything about eating Harold's knows you gotta have bread and what the bread is for.

Highly disappointed!!! Extremely pricey for what it is, I ordered a chicken strip combo paid extra for sauce and hush puppies thinking I would get fries and the hush puppies, NOPE I only got 3 chicken stops and hush puppies , no fires, my chicken was bland my sauce tasted like pure ketchup they only Decent thing I got where the hush puppies for the almost $20.

Tried Kay’s Kitchen for the first time and everything was mouthwatering! I ordered way too much food not knowing the portion sizes would be well worth the price, so I woke up the next day and had more for breakfast lol! Ms. Kay has amazing staff and customer service and the crack dust with the boogie ketchup will have you licking your fingers. Definitely going back!!

We've been looking for good fried chicken since we moved here. Well I found it here, chicken was great, mac-n-cheese was great, and the hush puppies were great. We will definitely be back.

The fried chicken wings, catfish, macaroni and cheese delicious. Cooked just right.

Their Grouper sandwich hit the spot! I really appreciated the fact that there was a place nearby my Dr's office that serves fried fish sandwiches but I was skeptical about how it may taste but I can honestly attest that I was more than impressed. The fish had a nice balance of seasonings and breading and the cashier was pleasant and patient with my questions about what they offered. I am delighted with my decision and would encourage any and everyone to stop by that window and place an order, you won't regret it!

I love this place. The food is good, fresh & hot! I didn't give 5 stars because when I ordered ahead my order is still not ready when I arrive. I would be ok with that if I wasn't on my lunch break. I get back to work late every time. This particular time they told me 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes before leaving. Still wasn't ready when I arrived. I guess I said all of this for nothing because I'll be going back. I just have order 20 min before leaving work to pick up
