@yari33569: Went to the location on causeway inside a gas station and was so disappointed. Fish and shrimp were so salty and that fish did not taste fresh. Got the biggest belly ache of my life. We paid $51.00 dollars for two fish and shrimp and oh yeah the meal only had one piece of fish no drink . This is crazy for a gas station meal. I wanted to like it so bad and support but unfortunately it was a huge let down 🥺💔

The food was the BOMB. Really good. I am afraid I will need to go to Kay's every week. I had fried chicken wings and fried shrimp. Every thing tasted fresh and not like drive thru food. Friendly service. I can't say enough except GO THERE, ASAP!!!!
Definitely a must try! Ask for extra seasoning on the whole wings and fish! Delicious.

I really don't want to leave a negative review for a black small business, but I'm honest in my review in hopes to help others. I think the owner is sincere and trying. I'm from Chicago. I know what Chicago wings should taste like and this is not it. Like other reviews, the whole wings were disappointing on many levels: size, taste and presentation. It was a total miss. I can't say anything positive about the wings. The fries were mediocre at best. I've never eaten 5 whole wings in one setting, but I did at Kay's Kitchen. Because they were so tiny, a child would not have gotten full. The price is outrageous for tiny underwhelming wings.
Additionally, they don't take call-in orders, only online or in person. Online order added surcharge fee and then asked for tip. Why the surcharge? Tip for what?? Surcharge and tip to place my order and picking it up???? Come on Ms Kay.....
