This is literally the food that arrived when I ordered ribeye crispy rice on door dash last night. What a sloppy disgusting mess. The sauce was on the bottom, the toppings all over, the meat all over and barely any, the rice not crispy at all so soggy and everything just purely disgusting. I didn’t even know where to start, this is actually unacceptable. Came nothing like it is supposed to or what it is supposed to look like. Best part yet, I couldn’t even get a refund. Very unhappy and I will never order from here again.

This place is so ridiculous for takeout. They literally give you one side of soy sauce for four rolls. THEN you can’t add special instructions on the app so when I go into the store to ask for something on the side instead of ON the roll, they want to charge extra. Literally this is the most cheapskate place for how much they charge. WHAT THE HELL KELP!

Got three rolls and non of them missed. This place earns a permanent spot in the date night rotation! Love it. Chill vibe too but quaint and nice enough to have a casual but intentional feeling date.

As always the Krab Rangoon hits it out of the park. Service and food have been incredible as of late. There seems to be new management that is elevating points of service and the atmosphere is much improved. I will definitely recommend Kelp to all my family and friends!!

I usually go to the location on waters which I’ve always loved, but when a coworker asked me to meet up at the bay to bay location I didn’t hesitate and I’m so happy that it was just as great!
The sushi of course is why I go but the service was everything I wanted as well. Considering I was on a lunch break I was able to get in and out in a timely manner too!

been going there for years, always been great. Came back to visit from college and service was horrible. they didn’t bring us anything we asked for multiple times and got the checks mixed up multiple times.

I’ve been ordering from this place for a few years now. Their sushi is good, but they consistently have issues with timing. If you’re ordering through DoorDash or Uber Eats, be prepared to wait. This is my 3rd or 4th bad experience with their delivery, but what finally pushed me to leave a negative review was their customer service.
When I called to ask about the status of my order, they rudely told me to “contact DoorDash” because it had supposedly “been picked up 10 minutes ago”, and that I should request a refund from DoorDash. (Meanwhile, the app still showed “preparing your food.”) I wasn’t even asking for a refund—just for an update.
About 10 minutes later, the status finally changed to “on its way.” I contacted the driver to verify, and he confirmed that he had just picked up the order—around 20 minutes after the restaurant claimed he had. It’s extremely unprofessional to lie to customers just to get them “off your back.”
The food is good—which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1—but the attitude and lack of honesty really need improvement.

I just ordered sushi as a lunch and got sick within 20 minutes of finishing my meal from this place. I through up twice already and still feeling sick. Before you respond that you don’t see me as your customer let me tell you I used my initials to place my order so it was DG.
Food sucks, mid as hell, this place is the size of a shoe box, and overly priced. Save your time and money.

If we're being honest, if you believe the review is from a former employee making some outlandish and untrustworthy comments about the restaurant, then clearly, anyone would agree it still holds some level of validity for the food and service. I think the fumes of monomer from the half-finished wall connected to the nail salon next door are getting to your head. It was a pleasure to dine, but I'd rather choke on a jean jacket than set foot in this establishment ever again.
