I’ve been to this KFC a few times over the past year, mostly because it’s convenient to the area and one of the few spots still open late, but every visit leaves me feeling like it could be so much better with just a little more attention to detail.

The food itself is hit or miss. When they get it right, the chicken is hot, crunchy, and exactly what you expect from KFC. But honestly, that doesn’t happen consistently.

More often than not, something in the order is off missing sauces, no butter for the biscuit, or the sides look like they’ve been sitting there too long. I’ve had a few dry tenders, lukewarm fries, and bowls that looked rushed. Not terrible, just not great.

Service really depends on the time of day. I’ve had a couple of employees who were friendly and tried their best even when it was busy, but I’ve also had visits where it felt like nobody wanted to be there.

The vibe can be a little chaotic people moving slowly, long pauses at the register, and sometimes they’re out of basic stuff (sauces especially). It’s not rude service, just kind of unorganized and low energy.

Drive-thru is usually slow, even when there aren’t many cars, and I’ve learned to check my bag before pulling out because small things get left out pretty often. Inside, the dining area is decent but could use more frequent cleaning. It’s never disgusting or anything, but the tables can stay dirty longer than they should, especially at night.

Prices have crept up too, which would be fine if the quality matched, but it’s frustrating to pay $10/20 and still end up with a half-complete order.

The only real plus is the late hours and the location. If you’re craving fried chicken and don’t feel like driving across town, this place will get the job done. Just go in with realistic expectations, double-check your order, and hope you land on one of the better shifts.

This location definitely has potential, but consistency is the big issue. I’d come back for convenience, but it’s not a place I’d go out of my way to visit.

This is going to be my first bad review in a long time.

This place is extremely disorganized. I will start with this. When I ordered my food, I asked for a #4 combo, medium with an apple empanada. Simple enough. I get told as my food is brought to me that the empanads would take an additional 16 minutes. So I asked for a refund since I had to get to work. It took an additional 5 minutes so the lady could figure out how to do a refund. The manager had an attitude with me and berated her worker in front of everyone. I finally get my food and its the wrong order.. okay. Fine. I wait for my food to come out, still the wrong order but whatever at this point. Im now looking at my bank statement and its showing I have 3, 3! Charges from this location within minutes of each other. Horrible, horrible service. I will never be back to this location.

This is a KFC Taco Bell restaurant very clean employee was very polite said that they would be right with us bathrooms especially clean dining room area especially clean very nice place to come and get a quick bite or even enjoy A dinner five star rating I got three meat and cheese soft tacos and a cheese quesadilla everything was awesome 😎💯 thank you Taco Bell KFC 4 great food

The manager was very rude! No one was wearing gloves while handling the food when I addressed it she had a an attitude with giving me my refund. I would not recommend this location or behavior for anyone.

Is this place for real? I just watched an employee stand outside for 20 min screaming at someone on the phone and I know it was 20 minutes because that’s how long they had me waiting for two burritos and a drink in front of the double doors for my “drive-thru” order. When the pregnant girl brought my food out without my drink she was pissed she had to go back in and get it. She was cussing the entire way back. Laziest bunch of worthless people I have ever seen. They need to call it a day with this one and close it down!

I just went to this location it's 7:52 pm on a Friday September 5th and I wanted to order a 20 piece hot wings the manager told me she wasn't dropping anymore I told.her I would wait she refused very bad customer service. This is very unprofessional. So now I have to drive to a different location waste gas to get food.Dont waste your time ordering here you won't get Service or food

Sunday 3:30 the black girl in the drive thru saw me waiting to get help for over 10 minutes, instead of helping she continued her conversation on her phone while looking at me, the other girl who was around the corner on her phone had to come help me. Mind you the food was already ready when I got there, I just had to wait forever for them to give it to me

Well I placed a mobile order, drive thru guy told me I had to come inside, and when I pull around the building the lights are off and door is locked. So, basically stole my money because now my mobile order is locked inside.

pulled up to kfc speaker on wednesday 8/13/25 basically knew what i wanted however gentleman at the speaker finally came on and said order when you are ready smh no greeting no combo suggestions no nothing .. so i proceeded to order spicy chicken wing combo potato wedges with pepsi gentleman says ok pull to second window . no total once again no suggestion for upgrade or dessert no nothing . so i pulled to the second window still no total . i handed ny debit card he gave me my food and debit card back . i said thank you he replied nothing back just shut the window no receipt or nothing .. i mean i have been in fast food business for over 10 years with assisted manager positions as well as regular employee positions but i think this was a horrible experience . since when is it ok to show this performance at a drive thru window ??

I don't know why it says it's open until 1 am if when you arrive at 12.20 am they don't want to take order. So what is the point? I paid for an order online and now I lost my money because these people don't want to work?
