I have never been through a more RUDE drive thru than this place!!! Placed order, person taking order was monotone and should NOT be involved in ANY customer interaction EVER. This “being” REPEATED the order and never said another word- not drive forward, thank you, kiss my foot. I drive up and he RUDELY said “I have to find your order” asked if I had 2 nugget orders and when I said no and tried to tell him the order the a- hole RUDELY said “that’s not what I said” with an extremely aggressive voice and look. With that kind of behavior who knows what kind of ugly thing they would have done to the food. I quickly told that creature he had a problem and drove off!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Sarah in drive thru was very nasty and rude horrible attitude also was so evil to me I paid my money for them to give me no meat on my Crunchwrap along with the soft taco I also was on my 30 minute break to which it was PURPOSELY DONE … I work in customer service and goes to the location all the time and has never been treated like this … if u don’t want to work don’t come in it’s that simple ..

My recent experiences with KFC via Uber Eats have been disappointing. The first time I ordered, the restaurant closed an hour before their listed closing time. Tonight, despite accepting my order, they informed my Uber driver upon arrival that they didn't have extra crispy chicken available. It's frustrating that these issues occurred, and it feels as though the restaurant is not adhering to standard operating procedures. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and communication for future customers.
